Complaint Review: Mobil Lube And Oil Change - Orlando Florida

Ive been to mobil lube and oil for years-- never have had a problem with bad csutomer service. I go tehre today to get my oil changed- what a nightmare. The people working there aer benig rude and obnoxious to me- almost yelling at me or using a very rude tone of voice. Acting aggressive or not so nice about things.. I open my door as they try to talk to me and they say condscendingly.. why dont you just ROLLLLLL DOWN YOUR WINDOWWW" as if im stupid...im like my window doesn't work. THey are saying.. WE need INFO from you in a rude aggressive way...asking me to pull my car up in a rude way...the guy was so rude to me I said i don't awnt to deal with you, get someone else. He then said "oh she doesn't want to talk to me, says im being rude." How dare they....im a female by myselfa dn these worthlses pricks and bastards are literalyl treating me like sh*t...and being hostile and aggressive towards me. They keep coming aggressively and OPENING my door at will and shoving air filters and oil in my face almost.. to "show me" it's one thing if you're doing this in a professional calm demeanor but tehse creeps and jerks were doing this in a very aggrsesive manner. They're like "TURN YOUR LIGHTS on, do this, do taht, turn your indicator lights on, brake lights, do this do that" very fast and rudely and harshly to exhaust and drain me.. like "do this, do that, do this , now taht and this and that." yes they ask that at oil locations but NOT in a draining rude harsh manner so as to terrify and bully adn exhaust a customer and I have NEVER encountered an oil place like this. i am CHEMICALLY SENSITIVE i am sensitive to this crap these peopel are shoving at me almost and the reason I go to mobil is to avoid ANY encounter with chemicals, but these animals are shoving this stuff at me. They continue cmoing to my door, opening it in a harsh manner, wide open without asking me rudely, all the way in a bullying intrusive terrifying manner, and showing me air filters and oil sticks. I was so freaked out and scared i didn't know what to do..Doing everything fast adn harshly...if you ever treat acustomer in thsi manner again mobil lube I will make it a personal thing to call the police on you or call a lawyer and sue your stupid company and your sick employees for treating females in this aggrsesive way. I will "never" go to mobil oil and lube again...I know that not every one is bad like this one and I have been going to this one for many years, but based on this horrifying experience, will NEVER go back and will make it a personal issue to do something about it ie legally if they think they can do this to customers. The way they were treating me I felt as if I needed to call the police or a security guard, to protect myself, you have NO RIGHT being aggressive with females or customesr in this way you uncivil sub-human rejects and animals. I intend to get a refund from this sick location and takl to upper management about the way female customers can be treated by the rude obnoxious arrogant scum that works there. I will sue your stupid company if u dare ever treat me or anyone in thsi manner again you sick arrogant pigs and uncivil animals and jerks that work at mobil oil and lube.
