I have witnessed this company numerous times not changing oil filters on cars (primarily the internal canister or paper type). They also charge for services that they do not perform about %20 of the time. If you request a specialty oil such as High Mileage, you will get plain conventional oil with a small bottle of "leak stop" added to your oil. This additive costs the company less than $1.00 and they up-charge you $20.00 You do not get true high mileage manufactured oil that you pay for!
Replacing a fuel filter on a vehicle is around $50.00 and more often than not, is never even replaced!
Complaints have been made to both management and ownership with the solution being, "Stop complaining, I don't care"
I was employed by this company and soon quit because of obvious moral reasons.
This company has multiple locations throughout Wisconsin under the names Mobil 1 Lube express, Lighthouse Lubes, and Fast Track (Milwaukee)
