Mobile Device Protection Assocation, LLC MDPA DONOT BUY this service....NO NO NO and a complete NO Boca Raton, Florida
This is the worst service i have ever bought in my life.
1. you have to submit request through email and there is no way you can talk to and explain the situation.
2. They will try a way to avoid replacing or repair the piece if there is an issue.
3. You have to pay for the shipping to ship the phone to their repair center in CA.
4. wait time for repair is tooooooo long.
DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE....I hate Wirefly now to sell and/or entertain these kind of vendors.
