Mobile phone communication limited took $700AU and will not send goods nor refund my money Orpington, Nationwide
i had been in contact with this company, had done alot of research before deciding to buy and all seemed legit so i made my purchase. i had alot of contact with this company (still have all emails and correspondance) i purchased 3 products from this cmpany,, total being $682.64(postage included) with other fees etc the total came to $700.00 i paid this to them instantly (via western union, with my credit card) i received an email from western union stating that the money had been collected by the company. i then made contact with them to see when my goods would be shipped (they stated it would be as soon as monies were received) and they said that they were not shipping my goods as the courier company wouldnt send only 3 items to Australia, and that i had to make another purchase of the same items and total (682.64) to make my purchase to be more items to be shipped before they would send them out. i refused to pay any more money as i only wanted to receive what i have paid for and asked for a full refund of all monies. they then refused to refund my money as they had already spent some of it for custom and insurance fees (im unsure as to how or why as they didnt ship my items)
this company refuses to send my items and refuses to refund my money.
