You may be better off to try and rob a bank than to deal with these crooks who think that they have a license to steal money. I have to
believe that they are involved with illegal loansharking and if they have it legally structured from the crooked lawyers working for them
than the outright deception lies and theft will nail them. I would call for an investigation of these people and a class action suit They owe me
at least 500 dollars. They blatantly lie and rip you off cold heartedly and then they offer no way to complain, they claim there is no
corporate office no recourse take their crap or leave it , don't pay and get hounded have your credit ruined etc so here we go..Besides the outrageous terms and fees structured to perpetuate the debt and mess your life up worse when they promise to help, they flat out lie on the phone about remaining balances and what you need to pay to pay it off. I did ask for my balance paid it as asked to completely off and then 2
weeks later today I received a reminder note that my payment was due? Huh?
Upon calling they lied and said that a payment they tried to take out had been returned by the bank thus triggering another payment plus
penalty that I owed. Of course I checked my bank statement and they did take out the payment money and they did take out the remaining balance
money but it was a couple of days later..a trick I assume to generate another statement of balance due, I should have had no balance. There
was no return involved I checked with my bank , they lied. The manager on "the floor" Levi with a heavy accent (gee I wonder where they
get and train these creeps..perfect Al Quida dupe dopes bent on screwing people with psychopathic pleasure I am sure. I sure do hope
this isn't a US citizen or we are all in trouble! He wouldn't give me his last name for security reason hmm wonder why probably has people out
gunning for him lol He said we must respect the system, the mobi system apparently is fool proof to take advantage of fools no doubt and he has
no authority to issue a credit to clear my account but if I will make payment today he can waive the phony return fee and indeed he took my
payment of 114 as I friggin gave up after arguing for an hour I mean shipwreck I have a job to do today and my ranting, raving and writing is
getting in the way , way more than 114 bucks.. so he assured me that my balance is now zero..I cant wait till I get my next statement that says
I owe them more money...these "mafia injuns" real A Rods are involved in the most egregious bold attempt at extortion under the guise of a
legal enterprise "according to Indian law not applicable to federal statutes and laws" that I have ever heard of..We destroyed the Indians
and they, with I am sure of unscrupulous banking white man or foreign banking concerns completely capitalizing on our collective middle now
lower class misery. They will burn in hell but I wish they would rot in jail How they sleep at night is beyond my human ability to conceive. .
