After ordering some watch straps (only $30) for me and my dad's new Ticwatch (which work fine) around December 19th 2016, I waited for my order to come in.

When my order was late, I thought nothing of it- I knew the holidays probably delayed my shipment. So wait I did.

Then I gave it another week or so, and decided to contact the customer service desk to find out why my order hadn't come in yet (The tracking number they gave me just said 'in transit') 

They replied within a day and let me know to simply 'be patient' with them, as it may take another day or two. 

When my package still hadn't arrive (mind, I had bought the straps as christmas presents along with the ticwatchs) by Jan. 10th, I knew something was going on.

I sent them another email that perhaps the package got lost in transit, and requested a replacement- to which they promptly refused and told me again- to 'be patient' 

*This will be a recurring theme*

After waiting another week (Jan. 21) I- again- had to contact them to inform them of my absent package. I was a little bit heated to be completely honest, 

My response: "I am so upset. It has been TWO WEEK since Christmas, and even longer since the expected delivery date. This is ridiculous. I don't even want the straps it's been so long, it was suppose to be a Christmas gift and I still haven't received it."

Pretty rude, I'll admit, but hey I wasn't getting decent customer service from them. 

Guess what- 'be patient' 

Now I waited a few days, asked for a refund. 

'be patient' 

Yeah, I guess I'll have to just accept the fact my package won't arrive. 

Thank God these were just the watch straps and not $400 worth of actual watches (that I placed through amazon) 

But it makes me wonder, if me or my dad's watchs break- I highly doubt Mobvoi is going to offer me any kind of customer service. So sad to see a company not value their customers, we'll see how long their business model holds up.
