mod pilot inc marcus, vanessa promised a full refund of 1300 dollars for a product that would not work Internet, Internet
they talked me into buying their product with a promise of a full refund if I asked for a return authorization number.
after receiving the info. I found it not useable and asked for a return auth. no. they never gave me that after asking repeatedly.
after contacting the better business bureau they said they would give me back approx. 3/4 of my $1300.00.
I agreed to this to get something, but guess what they sent nothing so I told the BBB that only a 100% refund was now acceptable. they also agreed to this with the BBB and again sent nothing. so I contacted the Calif. Attorny General, they said they could only do something if a class action lawsuit was filed by somebody.
in short there is no one that will make this right, I am a homeowner in need of financial help and this is what I get for dealing with Mod Pilot Inc RIPPED-OFF IN TEXAS
