And their management will not honor the modified contracts of their dishonest salesmen. Then they have the nerve to accuse the customer of the one being dishonest and of being a forger of modification to the contract. AMAZING! DO NOT, I repeat, Do NOT allow this company to provide you with products or services. You will be greatly disappointed and treated poorly.
I agreed to verbally and signed a 30 day contract. After 30 days I would be allowed to cancel at anytime. After 18 months and repeated efforts to get the poor service corrected I decided to choose another supplier. When I contact Model LInen to terminate further deliveries and to pick up their current linens I was met with firm and hostile, even accusing, resistance and an absolute 'NO' to allow me to terminate futher servies. They said I had a five year agreement, a huge difference from 30 days, and that I was stuck to that five years and there would be no exceptions; although the sales rep indicated, in writing and verbally, on my contract copy that it was a 30 day contract.
Interenet research of this company indicates that this is not the first time this exact bait and switch has occurred to a Model LInen customer.
