I took my daughters iPhone and I took my Samsung S7 in and I also took my Samsung tablet in for some repairs ,My daughters iPhone needed a new screen and when we were there he was trying to get my daughters password and her email address to her iCloud he didn’t need that kind of information to replace a screen,And as for my tablet I wanted an estimate on changing the battery,And as for my Samsung S7 telephone I was locked out of it through Google I was unable to get a hold a Google and I was unable to get into my phone, So I took it there and ask them if it was possible that they could fix this for me and he said no problem he would give me a call well weeks went by I ended up going to the hospital due to kidney problems and so I said my boyfriend to go find out about my phone and my tablet ,He came back with my daughters phone and the screen was fixed but the phone only work for about five minutes and then it just went blank he also came back with another phone which was not mine and when I seen this I sent him right back to tell them that they had given him the wrong phone well they didn’t have my phone they couldn’t find my phone now this is going on for months now and I’m still in the same boat they cannot find my phone they’re not replacing my phone they have sent me with other peoplesThey have sent me with other peoples tablets phones it’s ridiculous they also gave me a receipt which doesn’t even have my name on it and have somebody else’s name on it and I’m just in disbelief they tell me that the owner is coming back and I wait and I come back I have been there at least 20 times this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life I don’t even know how they function in that store there’s like Tronics and why are scattered everywhere I was kind of leery at first I wish I would’ve listened to my instincts because they were right not only did the owner stop my boyfriend on his way out to ask him if he could borrow money off him he wanted to borrow $5000 who does that This guy needs to be taught you can’t run a business like this and treat people this way and steal their merchandise because I was without a phone in the hospital and God knows what happened to my phone they don’t even know what happened to my phone I don’t even know what more to say except for time ever take your electronics there these people are scandalous and the worst
