Within 30 minutes of the posting of this complaint we received an email from BrandRevitalize.com, a company who supposedly specializes in covering up business complaints made online. The timing is just too coincidental. We have had no complaints from any of our customers in Michigan and so for the life of me, I do not know who this customer is. I just reviewed orders going back 3 months for all of our customers from Michigan, and I cannot find any.
The timing makes this complaint highly suspect. Doing a little more research it turns out that BrandRevitalize.com and other similar "reputation management companies" have a history of posting false complaints and testimonials on websites such as this, and then contacting the company to offer their "services". It is truly sad that the anonymity of the world wide web allows companies to try to earn revenue by damaging the good reputations of others. The names of Mike and Chris can be found from the 500+ testimonials customers have left on our website here at the link below. Maybe this is where BrandRevitalize.com found them.

If I am wrong, please provide me with something so I can respond to your complaint. We have had no complaints from any customers in Michigan that I am aware, and if you are a repeat customer, I am sure I would be aware of it. Visit any of the online jewelry discussion forums (weddingbee.com, betterthandiamond.com/discussion, etc. ) or even check our ebay feedback of 99%, and you will see we always treat our customers with courtesy and kindness. We are quick to respond to all email inquiries and returns are as easy as filling out the RMA request form on our website (which autofills if you are logged in). The quality of our jewelry is 2nd to none as so many of our customers on websites across the internet can attest to.
