Mojo lobal Cory SanchezIra Rosen Lied to me about guarantee, did not honro guarantee then tried to offer a different solutionthen never follow through with a resolution promised Scottsdale Arizona
I was invited to a webinar by Mojo Global "Lead Mastermind program". They promised if I signed up at that time there would be a money back guarantee. But the contract they have you sign cleverly exempts them from the Guarantee. However, they told me by phone they would honor the guarantee. Oh by the way, you never talk to the same person twice. No one has any ability to make a decision except Cory Sanchez and Ira Rosen
From the beginning the software did not load. Mojo had me wait a week before they even tried to solve the problem. Then, once loaded, the program did not work as declared in word or writing. They promised to extend the warranty while they solve the problems. Problem never solved, the software program for me never worked. I followed everything they requested. Attended extra calls, tried their fixes, and waiited in vain for Mojo Global to perform. When I ask for a refund, I received a personal call from Cory Sanchez who then offered persoal assistance, said he would personally review my business, assist me with a webinar to His elite team, and would make sure his team would provide me with excellent service. Cory Sanchez then confirmed again on the phone if I would work with his team he would extend the warranty date for refund until end of December 2015. He said he would put all of this in writing to me via email, he would honor this action and refund if I was still unhappy. My wife documented the calls I had with Cory Sanchez and his various team members. Never did I receive a follow up email as promised even after I followed direction with them. Thus, again after complying with more requests, I still had issues, the program did not work and when I finally told Cinnamon,his personal assistant, via email, telephone call, she gave me yet another offer for high products at no cost. They never even acknowledged my request, so I sent a Certified Letter which they received, I called Cory Sanchez cell phone number and it was disconnected. Go figure. I never heard back much less received a refund.
Then a month and a half later (late January 2016) Ira Rosen calls me and offers me another product as an apology. In good faith I agreed to look at it. He told me I had to buy another computer to do it and they would call me on Monday (this was a Friday). Never got a call or follow up email from him again.
These people take your money and ignore problems and will not give you a refund let alone acknowledge your request. To do Lead Mastermind I had to buy a special operating package, then for their solution I had to buy a new computer, by the way I presently have a 2013 MacBook Air, I am not outdated. So not only am I out my $997.00 for the Mojo Global sign up I have extra costs for software and new equipment. Wow what a disaster.
Cory Sanchez made promises, Ira Rosen made promises and neither kept their word. I am out nearly $1500.00 and still want my refund!
