Monat Global Monat $339.20 refund due. Monat hasn’t paid In 1 year Florida Internet. FL
For over 1 year Monat has not resolved the product issue, the return of product and paid my refund due of $339.20. I have spent 4 hours on the phone with Monat and have over 20 emails on file with the company. After hours of waiting and then speaking with a representative I was informed that Monat representatives are instructed to Not answer emails but only handle phone calls. The average wait time per phone call exceeds 40 minutes. I returned product that I had stopped ordering but was delivered anyway.
I was provided RMA numbers. I shipped the product to Monat Warehouse and received UPS notification that the package was delivered and signed for. No refund was sent to me. I have emailed 8 additional times and called multiple times. The representatives see the email and the refund due. They cannot tell me why the refund hasn’t been processed. This company is a scam. They offer the worst customer service. They will not pay the $349.20 due me.
