We bought 3 moneypak cards today adding up to $700.00 and when we went to load them onto our card it said insufficent funds. I called the card number right away and went back up to where we bought them from. No help they took my name and had me fax the proof that I did buy the cards and the recipets to the cards.

Then they tell me they have to research it and will call me with the outcome. Call me we need our money this is our whole paycheck and it is right before Christmas this year.

We can loose our auto trucks or have a negative marking put onto our credit if we are late making the payment. 

I have called several times and the people can not speak English clear and they kept sending me to another person to speak with then I was told our cards were blocked. 

We can not wait we showed the proof they needed and so has the manager of the store we bought them from we faxed in all the info they asked for.

Then they said we have to wait 24 business hours for a call back. What is up with that?

What if I am not near my phone so I loose out finding that they are taking our money and not giving it back to us when we paid but did not recieve our money from the cards?
