I too have been scammed, to think it was so easy to receive a mortgage. It pains me to see all of the people scammed. I hope most or all will be able to receive their monies back. I plan to try my hardest to get mine. Unfortunately this incident has given me a bad taste for the mortgage lenders business. good luck to all/

Thank you for the info....I know that sooner or later Money Tree will be out of business altogether. I was one of the lucky ones who got my money back with the help of my bank. What goes around comes around, and it looks like it coming around at Randy Webster.

Money tree mortgage in kansas HAS closed down. i know very few details of what happened. I know that the FBI raided the office. Randy webster, the owner of the company claims that the FBI and police showed up because of an annonymous tip that they had recieved. Honestly, i find it hard to believe that they would raid the office only on "suspicion". The georgia office is still in business, however, it has downsized DRASTICALLY. He has lost and is still losing a lot of money, more than anything I urge everyone to spread the word about how evil, underhanded, and corrupted Money Tree Mortgage and Randy Webster really are. I know first hand what that *$#*& is like.
