September of 2003 I recieved colorful brochure

telling how over last 5 years the writer had made millions with this business. A bit late but I now know how the con worked.

The promotion stated that best part it is 100% risk free. Also stated I would be given a brand new computer. A few day's after paying them $2,500.00 I recieved phone call and was told to buy advertising.

I had believed it was a turn key business and was tottaly shocked. We had used most of our meager savings buying into what was a turn key deal, knew by then I had been taken.

Will be 77 year's Nov.25'th. Please help me recover the money paid to Moneywaz. Thank you!

There are two ways to get your money back. One is legal and the other is not. Both of them have a good chance of working.

Let's look at the illegal way first. It's what crazies like me do. When I get cheated, I drop everything and load up my vehicle for the trip. I grab up the person who can return my money and cause them intense pain until they decide to give it back. Trust me, that always works. We're not talking that sissy stuff they do in the middle east. That only works on women and infants. No, I'm talking about serious, all-consuming pain. Bone drill. Propane torch. Razor blades and salt. Illegal as hell, but it works great. Of course, that method is also called torture by our legal system. The legal way is to use the resources on this site. That's what I recommend you do. They have a book called the revenge guide. Now, I never read it because I'm so careful that I never get cheated. But, I already have some idea of what's in it. You have to force the frauds to give your money back. The legal method is only slightly different than my method. All you do is substitute financial and legal pain for physical pain, but the techniques are almost the same. Basically, you want to cause the frauds so much trouble that it simply isn't worth it for a lousy $2500. Once you do that, they will give your money back. Get the book. At $22, it's a hell of a bargain if it can get your $2500 back. I come here and read these stories every day. I have read numerous instances where a person who used the book was able to force the frauds to give the money back. So, it must have good information because the frauds don't give refunds just for fun. Of course, you wouldn't be in this jam if you'd spotted the fraud in the first place. With a name like moneywayz, you should already know it's a scam. Just the name alone tells you that. Next was the 100% guarantee. That cinches it. Now I'm 100% sure it's fraud. Learn to spot fraud and avoid it. That's the whole key to this problem.

How I got my money back from Moneywayz

I am a former owner of a MoneyWayz, TravelWayz, all the wayz... Before the first thirty days were up I had fully researched the business and found it was not to my satisfaction at all. I had read on this site that the salespeople would attempt to convince me to stay with the company and didn't want to listen to the sales pitch again (they are good at it). I read on the bottom of my invoices that there were no refunds after 30 days and therefore I took action. I therefore wrote a letter and faxed it to them (I also mailed it the next day and researched different certified mailings if necessary) regarding my intent to leave the company and requesting my money back enumerating all my reasons. In that letter I explained that BBB and badbusinessbureau has them listed as unsatisfactory, as well as quoted the FTC's regulation regarding truth in advertising. They contacted me and returned all that I had spent in that thirty days minus the shipping fees directly to the credit card on which I had purchased it, which is outstanding as they specify that money spent in advertising would not be refunded yet they also refunded those purchases. They were not nasty, in fact they caught my wife on the phone and treated her very respectfully, and they did not try to convince me to continue with the company and therefore I have no real complaints. I would like to thank all the people that posted the reports on this website, they showed what I should not do. Do not call them to cancel the business and request a refund. Make sure there is a paper trail such as your fax receipt or a certified letter. List in a letter why you wanted to leave and where the information that you researched came from. Those are the things that I used. I hope others are as successful if they are also disatisfied.

I would try filing a report with the federal trade commission. This will at least get them in hot water for using the mail to commit fraud. And be sure to let them know you are committed in resolving the matter.Hate that you lost your money to these scum bags. So, if you really want to rattle the cage of these crooks, start talk'n F.T.C. good luck!!
