Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Once upon a time, I trusted a sister/friend/business associates. We lived, worked, and socialized together and we were making big and better plans for our future together. I trusted, my friend, to watch my children, to work with and help each other out in everyday living.

When I was at the lowest point of financial need on mortgage payments, my dear friend extended her hand out to help my children & I. Through I was able to get other help from others; I accepted the help from this friend. I lived in my home for 6 years and had or have no attention of selling or moving out. I am a single Mom and I work several jobs to support my children and my home for years.

Everything went well until this single woman met another man. During many of our personal conversations and meetings, my friend made many statements, that he influences her in many areas including the decision-making in selling her personal home and turning on us.

In turn, due to the course of events, she committed perjury in court, lied under oath, wrote in her correspondence letters false and inaccurate statements, unacceptable unlawful signatures of others, used my equity funds without my approval or permission, committed illegal acts, refusal to pay-off judgments against her, and alienated her family and friends.

Rip-off is a good word, destroying friendship is another group of painful words, hurting innocent children is a crime, committed perjury is illegal, false written statements is another, and taking advantage of others is sinful. This falls all under the meaning of Rip-Off.

How do we teach our young children to grow up trusting adults, instill confidence, do not commit any form of illegal white or blue collar crime, & trust in our legal system? How do we teach or show them how important justice and honestly means, when all around us there eyes see the opposite?
