i am so disgusted with monitronics. i called them to get service on a home alarm , and been going back and forth for weeks with one thing or another and still no appointment or service, annd again today i spoke to 4-5 people and a supposedly supervisior and was told someone would call me in 15 mins to set appontment and here no one has called . they promise things and dont come with it. sounds to me that they are a ripoff. and cant be trusted. they got my billing info and i have repeatedly called them and they arent connecting me to billing to tell them i am not going to use them. they just ignore you and then hang up. they tell me my first bill will come once service is working, well its not working and i know im not giving them a dime. i refused to give them automatic withdrawel.

i am disgusted with your company and how you treat people, so i want nothing now to do with you or your company. no one still has never called or set up a appointment. dont touch my bank account or i will have no choice but to take this to a lawyer or court. as i have no service set up at all. and it has been many weeks now. mrs green
