Monro Muffler/Brake & Service Went in for oil change and check up... left with no air conditioning Dayton Ohio
I brought my car in for a check up- I needed an oil change, tire rotations, new wiper blades, etc. I told them to wait on the other "necessary things" such as a tune up. I borrowed my fiance's car to come and pay before they closed the shop. I paid, and then had to come back later to pick up my car. When I picked it up, what a surprise! My air conditioner only blew out HOT AIR. No cold air whatsoever. I was furious... couldn't complain then because the shop was closed. I had to wait two days to come back because of work. After the mechanic showed me that the air was running, he then said, "Well it's running just fine. Your car is really old. It needs a recharge."
My car may be eight years old, but please don't blame it on just that. Funny how it worked FINE and DANDY before I brought it to them. I will NEVER get my car fixed again there. As for anywhere else, I will always have my fiance take my car in, as a WOMAN is clearly never respected and seems to be taken advantage of. This could have been a coincidence, but I highly doubt it.
