Monte World Wide Staffing Henry Montgomery I was terminated without valid or legitimate reason from the "President" Henry Montgomery. This was during the fact that I had several candidates being considered or interviewing. Scam artist, Internet
I was hired in the beginning of July to be a work-from-home recruiter. In the approximately 3 weeks I was there, the "President" Henry Montgomery CONTINOUSLY gave me praise for my work and effort, even telling me once that he is would like to give me a management position once "things get rolling between us".
A week later, he also sent an email, in which he also copied all the recruiters on, saying that he wanted to "complement" me for my hard work and effort so far after being employed with him for just 2 weeks.
This morning, July 20th, I was terminated without notice. Meanwhile, I have many candidates who are being considered or will be interviewing soon - candidates that I SUBMITTED to him (Henry Montgomery).
He never answers his phone, and continuously asks you NOT TO EMAIL HIM when I try to update him or ask him an important question about the position or my candidate.
This man is a SCAM ARTIST. HE DOES NOT WANT TO PAY HIS RECRUITERS, THEREFORE ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED GOOD CANDIDATES WHO HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF BEING HIRED - HE NO LONGER NEEDS YOU, HENCE YOUR TERMINATION. HE BREACHES THE CONTRACT AND ACTS AS IF HE HAD VALID REASON TO DO SO.
THIS MAN - HENRY MONTGOMERY - IS THE REASON PEOPLE LIKE BERNIE MADOFF EXIST IN THE WORLD - NO HEART, NO BRAIN AND NO DIGNITY.
