Rader, first of all I would like to say I feel your pain, and I pray for you to get what you deserve and that "Bonnie &clyde" also get what they deserve!!! It's almost amusing to me how all these people are leaving comments about how you are such a liar, but I am in the very same situation as you just not as much money owed!! Hopefully others will come out and share their story. I am positive there are others!!
I'm not going to go into every detail but I will say this. Every word of what u said regarding Rebecca Alexander and her so called partner Bryan and her so called boyfriend Johnny... Is True! I want to make it known to people as well, if u dont mind giving up your time for free then sure go work for them, but if your looking to get paid for your time find another place to work!!!
I quit at there newest failure of a business "Moonshine Mollys" strictly because of pay. I was never paid for overtime, had hours shaved off my check, my pay checks bounced, and never got paid on "pay days". So enough was enough!!!
I am still to this day owed 2 paychecks, NSF fee compensation,and overtime hours. I don't understand how these people can do this. They screw up in Georgia then come here to Florida. I wonder where they will flee to next?!?! They are like cockroaches when u turn a light on!!(scatter)
As I am still awaiting my pay check which I'm sure il never see it's about time they are exposed for what they truly are...Garbage!! I don't even know how they got that restaurant opened, with the large amount of rats and roaches that are in the kitchen, they sell old spoiled food to customers, they owe money to EVERYONE. Sysco the food delivery, payroll companies, and even the linen company. I literally watched this poor guy stand there for hours waiting for one of the 3 stooges to pay him something! this man actually said he had to go back to his boss with something because their bill reached over $5,000 dollars!!!
I know of at least 5 people who quit all for the same reason... What a coincidence. I would bet the department of labor & E.O.C probably know her on a first name basis. They are suppose to be Christians, that's a joke. if they really were they wouldn't sit back knowing there employees are losing their homes and having vehicles repo'd, because they either can't afford to pay their employees or really just don't care!!! I hope they are investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Good luck to all the other people that are going through this with them.
