On-Line Harassment and Cyberstalking is very apparent in this bogus report pertaining to Moonstar7spirits. This matter is currently under investigation and appropriate legal action will be taken in regards to false statements that have been made. Moonstar7spirits is my Ebay user ID. I have been a respected POWERSELLER for nearly 3 years and maintain 100% positive feedback. I am sure if ANY of the claims that were stated in this claim were true, there would at least be some evidence of negative transactions. But instead, reading my feedback you can see that I have hundreds of repeat customers, all very happy with my items and services. All purchases that are made from my site are done willingly by the buyer. I offer a full money back guarantee and paypal has a buyer protection plan that ensures that if someone is not happy or if the items are not as described, the buyer can file a claim against the seller and recoup their funds. Don't you think that if someone had been ripped off to the tune of $3,000 as is claimed in this report that there would be at least SOME EVIDENCE of a transaction gone wrong somewhere in my feedback??? Nothing.... just happy customers who come back again and again! As far as the Gay thing, I don't even know what this is about nor do I understand what it has to do with selling on Ebay, but for those who are curious I will clear the air and tell my side of it. Moonstar7spirits.com does belong to me. Currently I have 1 item listed on that site because I have not gotten around to developing it. In the future I plan on selling a few items there. I think what is being referred to in this claim related to the Gay community is that there is someone who has a myspace page with my ebay user ID Moonstar7spirits. This is not me and I have no idea who it is. I don't even have a myspace page. I have been happily married to the same man for many years and am not gay as far as I know, but do have many Gay friends, Straight friends and some that are in between. In no way, do I feel that sexual preference has any bearing on anything pertaining to ebay or anything else of real importance, so if this was supposed to be a slam against me somehow I guess I don't get it. Claims about shill bidding, where to start? Honestly this one is so old!!! Claims of shill bidding are made about most successful Ebay sellers without any truth. Ebay has so many ways to detect this kind of behavior and it is certainly not tolerated. In addition, 99% of my auctions are in buy it now format. It is pretty hard to shill bid on a buy it now! Most sellers use the private auction format, not to hide shill bidding behavior but to protect their customers identity so that they can bid in peace without cyber stalkers such as the person who filed this bogus claim. Any one can make bogus claims about someone such as this person did, but I ask where is the proof? This entire claim is based on absolutely nothing. I can provide proof of my good reputation and will answer any questions related to my items. I welcome you to Moonstar7spirits for authentic paranormal items and powerful spells that WORK! Blessings, Rhonda
