Rebuttal- Nice try Joe Smoe--or was the Moore rep a salesperson--the lemon issues reported on the Jeep were PRIOR to the wreck. Which by the way--would have totaled the SUV..Yet good old Moore did 2 things: #1-pumped the Jeep sales ticket from the sticker price of $23k to $30k --with insurance claims in order to total a vehicle 80% of the sales amount must be damaged..I had $18k--(repaired by Moore) #2 Being a paid contractor by my major ins co--the adjuster NEVER EVER EVEN WENT TO VIEW THE WRECKED JEEP!! A "digital" picture was accepted...hahahaha I had GAP..Doesnt matter things always bite people in the a*s..

Why is it that when people post about a problem they are having with a vehicle and a dealer, they forget to mention that the vehicle was involved in an accident? I think it would have been better to have kept the leased vehicle for the final year instead of bailing out. As a single parent, someone needs to explain to you the realities of life when it comes to vehicle finance.

DJ should be honest in their complaints. This Jeep was in a significant wreck while in their possesion and they wanted most of the damage covered under the factory warranty. We can not legally do that. There were also no more than 4 visits for warranty repairs on this Jeep, and each concern was handled promplty. If there are any othe roncerns regarding this Jeep under warranty we are more than happy to do the work.
