To Whom It May Concern:

According to Federal Trade Commission Regulation Part 435, Page 13, Section 435.2 (b)(1) and 435.2(i) I am entitled to a complete refund of all money paid for a product or service which was not delivered in a timely manner within 30 days of said purchase.

I would like to respectfully request credits to my UMB VISA account, number xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1321 in the amounts of $149 and $300 for products and services not received previously authorized on April 8,2016 and April 25, 2016, respectively. I believe I have been more than patient and extremely reasonable in this matter. This is August and I still have not received anything.

On June 21, 2016 I notified M.O.R.E. Inc via letter return receipt (copy attached) of the non-receipt of my order of the 1000 postcards, which I was promised. In response to my written inquiry I received a phone call from a M.O.R.E. Inc representative about 10 days later from (Lance, last name unknown) advising me that my order had been lost or misplaced for some unknown reason. Even so, this had been more than 60 days since my initial order. This is direct violation of FTC regulation 435, since I did not consent to an extension of the 30 day shipping time frame, which is required by law. I was not given an opportunity to exercise my right to cancel my order and receive a prompt refund of my purchase price.

I am asking that the initial amount of $149, which was payment to join the “Low Cost To $1000 A Day” program be refunded because this membership is absolutely worthless without the requisite advertising material, which was not delivered timely. I have basically been placed in an untenable position of paying to join a venture without the benefit of the required tools (postcards) necessary to be successful in this alleged business. Therefore, I feel fully justified in requesting a complete refund (credit) of all money which was debited from my UMB VISA account on the two above aforementioned dates.

I received my requested refund amount  today 9-30-16 after my final demand letter was received by the compamy on 9-25-16. Thanks to the information contained within the "Ripoff Revenge" handbook I am pleased to annouce and highly reccomend  this manual to all  persons who have encountered similar ripoffs. Great resource!
