I got a phone call this morning re fraud charges and laundrying money. They called me at work but of coarse I am the one that answers the phone, told them I wasn't there, they left a msg when my boss came in I called them, so she could hear what was going on. They said that I owed money to a payday loan that wasn't paid, and that my check was no good so and officer will be coming to pick me up for check fraud and laundrying money, I told him he was crazy, he had my SS#, name, addr, work addr and number. I was getting mad by then I told him to bring it on, I had done nothing wrong. My boss said it was a scam, looked up the number saw several different scams and reading them re the same thing. I did leave work for awhile did my homework the bank, where I took a loan out at, credit companies notified anyone that I could think of including the FBI. They just barked up the wrong tree.
