I was really interested in this product but was unable to participate in the boot camp. My last two payments were declined after my card was stolen. I rarely check my email as I just use that account to buy things, thus minimizing junk mail in my real email account. However, when I did (like two months later) I literally had hundreds of threatening and harassing emails about how my account was going to be turned over to collections and my credit ruined. Never once did I receive a phone call (which would have fixed this months ago). I called and asked them to convert it over to the $70 audiobook package (since I didn’t participate in the tele boot camp) and they could keep the change. They refused. I asked for a refund then and they refused. Basically, I had to pay $300 unless I wanted my credit ruined. Honestly, at that point, I would’ve been like do it but I’m going through a refinance right now and can’t have anything negative on my credit. The whole experience was shocking from a company that supposedly is in the business of helping people.

They actually called me back and apologized for the misunderstanding. They were actually really nice and helpful and the problem was resolved. I really regret posting the above post in anger. I get super impulsive when upset and now I can’t delete the post.
