Mortgage Protectioin Group? My wife and I went to Mesa in February this year to check this program out after speaking to Judy Rocca over the phone and she was very personal with me about how she used to work for a Lawyer here in Tucson for over 10 years with adoption which happens to be our adoption Lawyer, since we have 2 children we have adopted this year. So we meet with Robert Jones senior underwriter and sign a contract along with $5,000 which I had taken out of an account which came with a 10% early withdrawl penalty, whatever it takes to get a fixed interest rate, right? so its 10 months later after being told this would take 3 months max. We sent all kinds of paperwork every month. A week before last Gary with MPG emailed us saying that the mortgage company is still speaking with them so its a great sign.
Late last week I recieve a letter from the morgage company stating that we have been denied. I then called MPG, low and behold a buisy signal or the phone just rang off the hook, no response to the numerous email attempts. Who else did these people rip off.
