OK So i call this salon to make an appointment to get a FULL Highlight. It looked like a nice salon so i went for it! I called and made an appointment and also asked how much a Full hightlight would be. SHe quoted me $100. So i said ok.

I get there on time meet the girl who is going to do my hair and her name is "Ruby" She seemed like a TOTAL B*ch like she just didnt want to work, came off as cocky and snarley.. In better term a lazy b*ch. Excuse me for my language but i feel that you should know the truth! Totally made me feel uncomfortable un welcome and like the job for my hair was such a JOB!

Ok i have Blonde hair already and i wanted it more of a cooler blonde with Brown low lights put in for some  dimension... As we explained what i wanted done it was like She just didnt want to work. Like Hey Lady i have ALL Over blonde hair as it is how hard is it to get it a cooler blond with Brown Low lights. 

Anyways it seemed she had NO idea what she was doing and she wanted to do my hair HER way! Becasue she was too lazy to do what i wanted! Ok So she gave me a PARTICAL Highlight, put some Blonde in and a few Brown foils. Then in the mean time when she was doing my hair i asked 'Hey why arent you doing my hair down here? The hair that was left NOT in the folis. And Her reply was: "Oh you dont need that done" Like really your going to tell me what i want? Right!  I think i am the one paying here not you you lazy b*ch. ANd as i recall i booked a FULL Highlight not a Partical.

Its like She totally did what she wanted and didnt care about what i wanted done!

So mean while OH i forgot to mention as she booked me she didnt even start on my hair and her other client was there for a hair cut. So She had to stop with me and take her next client. Like hey if you didnt have enough time to do my hair why did you book me. Exactly my point because she doesnt care about what you want done she just wants to take the easy way out and finish as quickly as she can. Get you in get you out not caring what you want or what it looks like!

So I waited about 2 1/2 hours for her client to get done. So meanwhile i am in the shampoo bowel shes is toning my hair then she says "Hey you gotta pay beause there closing" I mean really???!! Just the way i was treted! She is total trash! So my reply to her was I want to see it first.. Since  ya know did such a good job hahahahahah! So i look i the mirror its comeletly NOT what i want nor looked like the picture that i showed her.  SO she blow drys the front of my hair so i can see what she did.. And looked berly no different! Then she says" You know what"? I am done! If you want someone to put your extensions back in great! But i am done. LIke you F*KING B*CH YOU THINK YOUR GETTING F*K FROM ME? 

So i go up to the front and talk to the owners and try and cooerperate with them and Ruby comes up and says the service charge was $250. LIKe HAHAHAHH REALLY!!! For a partical Hightlight you did? Who the f*k do you think you are. 1) After the way you treated me you think your going to get a dime from me and to ad it looks like toal sh* you DIRT BAG! 

SO anyway i am talking to the owners and telling them that i am not happy and all i want is for it to be fixed.. Well they didnt seem to care about fixing my hair ALL THEY cared about was getting there MONEY! And i said all i want is to come back and for her to fix it thats all i want. They wouldnt settle for that. You know what they said? Well how about you pay $100 then?! Like REALLY ? Pay $100 for something i dont want? what about making it right?! They didnt want to cooperate at all! ALL they wanted was there money! You know some hair salons offer for them to fix it, usually in hair salons you have up to one week to come back for them to fix it if you are not happy.

How about i pay $100 then huh? Thanks for the offer to fix it you worthless C*TS! 

SO then as we didnt agree on anything there like "oh well were calling the police then" I said "go for it! God what a f*king joke! LIke what idiots run this hair salon or what..?

Its like how about you picture youself getting your hair done your not happy with it and your talking to the owners and asking if you can come back and there saying "OH well how about you pay $100? Like really you dont want me happy with your service all your caring about is your money? Yea f*k you you scum bags.. Yea thanks for ya know providing me with such customer service and making sure that my needs were met!  

Well its out now so no one wastes their time or money with you guys! Should of done what any other salon would do, and thats makeing the client happy. 

Good luck with your poedunk business you got there! HOpe that $100 i had to pay costs you FAR MORE!

 Hello, I am a stylist at Mosaic Salon and I was horrified as I read this woman's comments, first I apologize for your service and the way you feel you were treated. I have worked for Michelle and Tommy (owners) and have never seen either of them treat one human being badly, quite the opposite they are beautiful people. They help so many people and are wonderful. Unfortunately I think this was just one bad experience all the way around. I love working at Mosaic and have been treated with nothing but kindness and dignity. We are all individual renters at Mosaic so there is not one policy that fits all it is ultimately up to the stylist to decide if they are willing to give you a refund or have you come in to fix their mistake. I think the owners did what they thought was right , unfortunately when people are upset their anger speaks for them and it makes the other party not want to participate.

If you need any proof that we are a great salon follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and yelp. They all clearly show you we are a group of strong stylist with integrity,and talent. Every now and then people will be unhappy with the service and it is apart of our job to fix that. I will say this at the end reading her comments I heard a few things that let me know this wasn't all the hairdressers fault. #1 when calling a salon with rental front desk usually are beautiful young ladies or men whom do not do hair, so when you are asking them for a service they are only knowledgeable in base prices. Mosaic has a base price for services. So they start at set price and can vary.

I suggest if you call for service ask what exactly does my hairdresser charge?, also I never heard the woman say anything about getting anything with extensions taken care of, although at the end of her story I heard the comment about not getting extensions put back in. If you come in for your service and need extra things done it takes more time and cost more. If you need highlights and you have long hair it cost more, if your hair is thicker it cost you more, if you might need a toner to tone your high lights it will cost yoy more,it isnt just one price for all. Consider when you call to book appointments most front desks are not trained cosmetologist you will get a base answer and a base price. It isnt your fault or the front desks fault to know the exact answer to your needs until we see you and do a consultation. Please understand that when you call to book an appointment.
