motime I didn't even download any ringtone and they are still going to charge me $9.99 just for looking at their website! Internet

I was trying to get a free ringtone down load from phonezoo and was directed to motime.  I did not even download anything from them, and found out that I am being charged $9.99 anyway.  Such a ripoff!!  Beware!!!
