I've been following these updates almost daily as I also have an open, unrelated file against David with the VPD here in Vancouver. I've been finding it really helpful to see that there are others out there trying to do their best to make David's scams public. It is frustrating to see this man continue to cheat people out of their money, misrepresent himself and his intentions, as well as threaten and insult these ex employees who are trying to help. I know David to be dangerous, delusional and above all, mentally unstable.

For those of you reading this or posting affiliated claims against David please note that the following names are all David's alias'. His real name is David Tiltman, he is from Winnipeg.

Of all the digging I have done this article is the most unsettling but it does give me insight into how his mind works. Yes he is delusional because is schizophrenic. I'm not interested in hearing about how I'm trying to scam David, or that I'm a liar, cheat, thief, thrift store somethingorother etc. I just wanted to do my little part in getting this career criminal exposed.

We have not been arrested. I can't speak for both of us, but for myself, there is absolutely no possible way I did anything even remotely close to criminal. Your slander of me is just as bad as mine of you. I don't want to be paid. All I want is you locked up with no internet connection so more people will not be ripped off by your scams. 

This is the new headline. Reports that these two will be indicted came to our news station last night!

We all know what you did and so do you.When your indicted I hope you get what you deserve.

What you two have to understand is that you are going to be indicted. I was an employee of David's and we all knew all about the two of you. You were both fired. You both stole the company's money. Sending legal papers doesn't make you innocent it makes you in the guise of pretending you have a case.

I'm one of their lawyers, were going to make you deliver that notice, which we all know won't come, and we're going to savor making you look bad, those papers won't come and we'll make you sweat and why don't you show them delivered here before your indicted as the last BS stand! Because you don't have the money to deliver them and you know it. Anyone can deliver legal
papers but we'll deliver your heads on an indictment article.

I'm not sure what Rhona's point was in producing a cool video David did or had done! Classic Dave! That company intro was world class classy!

I've worked with David for 18 years, the man has had 10,000 employees give or take in the last 18 years. Hiring is his specialty among other talents. Firing lousy employees and blackmailers is also his specialty.

I fail to see the logic she's using. He's had problems with hiring online like many of us have but she's just not hearing anything or anyone!

Listen, when David's great grandfather waited in his dead horse after it died from being blown up by a land mine in WW1 and he sniped the pigs that killed his beloved horse, killing 50 some odd enemies he sniped in 3 hours in a rage because his beloved horse had to die and saved his life, and then and during that he saved 30 fellow Canadian's in the first world war, and abstractly, poetically he's waiting in his own horse after you tried to screw over his beloved horse with your land mine, and Canada and the US, so to speak, you're in serious trouble! He thinks he is very important, and that somehow his family history, which he probably embellished, will help his case with the law. Hey Rhona, this is writing correspondent #3 in this case. Didn't you work for the company for the whole time they were supposedly scamming girls? Isn't that illegal? This is what you claimed above! You left not because they were scamming, you left because you claimed they never paid you. You're in trouble Rhona! Bigger than you might imagine. We're all like hungry wolves Rhona waiting for the next thirty five days or so to tell this story. We've got an itchy trigger finger. By the way did you know that David's grandfather was Canadian RCMP Pistol Champion for four years in a row. That means moving targets. He never missed his mark!

Here's a tale for the boys and girls at home. David Rhys-Beauregar's other grandfather had to hide in the belly of his dead horse in the first world war to escape oncoming German forces. He knew that they're dogs could not smell him in there. He had to jump on in after the guts had been blown out by the germans! It was his own horse who landed on a mine and saved his Grandfather's life. Then there were 1000 Germans that came on fast and by surprise! Not so fun!

Well he got out after waiting for 3 days! He was furious! He loved his horse that had saved him many times. He got to his feet and then sniped, he was a sniper extrordinaire, 58 Germans in 3 hours. He watched them through the guts of his dead horse. He tracked them all in 3 hours, alone and behind enemy lines. He lived many years after that a hero! He saved 30 Canadian military boys in the process. He was decorated! A war hero!

You know who has that story recorded Rhona! David Rhys-Beauregar does. That means Rhona that David loves his grandfather and his country and he does not break the law! He's a legal genious!

He's not going down for a punk thief! He loves his company the same way! You are not walking away easy after what you did! He loves the United States also. He has fought for the two to unite in a stronger union! He loves Hollywood! He loves Vancouver, BC. Rhona understand what happens to crooks when a 1000 man company gets insulted and demands retribution!

Scam reports are now banned from the internet. There is now due process in court.

We know you, David, have collected portfolio fees from other ladies... Like the two that met you at the Casino/Hotel in Richmond... But not one model has been prepped for the show, because you were supposed to film it IN THE SUMMER and it is now fall. No show, just a scam. Like all your other scams. We have told you not to say another word and be prepared for that arrest to be made.

You presented that in your first testimony here. The company said it had reasons for firing you! They seem very good to us as well. The bottom line is "cut the crap". We have a warrant in 40 days!

David, I (Nikole Klinkhamer, of Vancouver, BC) contacted the Vancouver Police Department myself back in September and they have my cell phone number and all other necessary contact information. I assure you that if they were on your side and not mine they would have already asked us to stop warning others about your fake TV show, etc. If The Most Beautiful Girl in the World was actually a television show being filmed this year, there would be other coverage of it. The fact that only your own fake studio has any knowledge of it confirms that you just made it up. You should really consider giving up this fight. We are all dedicating some of our spare time to help spread the word about you and your lies. Get a clue, get help, and stop lying to yourself and everybody else.

The group of you are treading on thin ice here. The company your trying to Rip Off right now, because you just had to take what dignity you had and turn it on the company you claim to have worked for and try to ruin it, is where you are going to be ruined yourself!

This is now an International Security Issue. You are in violation of Canadian Law. You are under not a judge and jury of what is clear here, you got canned for legitimate reasons! If you calculate the damage you've caused Canada, you'd understand why breaching contracts is against the law. This is now not a civil matter. Challenge: if you have ONE employee (of your 900, yeah .... right ....) that is willing to attest to the fact they were paid the wage you had agreed on, at the agreed pay date... then, please, go ahead and have them come forward. Otherwise, our case has rested, it is clear who is actually trying to pretend he is not the unemployed person... the one keeping busy trying to scam people.

David Rhys-Beauregar, male martial arts supermodel, and self made millionaire has been plagued with obsessed fans that can't keep away from being near him due to his powerful nature and reputation of being very well liked by women.

The man is certainly gifted at many things and making money is not all he's gifted at.  So many people love this man he has a list of 400 people he has to see or send gifts to in one day. His tale is one of rising to the top by shear will to help people and make the world a better place.

People fall in love with him and his company. He has the job to save the lives of the 15,000 people that will be hired in the next 12 weeks. Can you imagine, 15,000 jobs created by one man and his dedicated pool of talent helping Motion studios be what it is. The US and Canadian government are hailing him part of how the economy is going to turn around for both Canada and the US.

Rhona ****, Vancouver, BC and apparent competitor has been listed as illegally campaigning against him for a competitor. She began her smear campaign to win support for her apparent boss from one of the competition. Please ignore all reports she has filed on the internet as they were a political smear attempt against Motion Studios. More to follow when warrants have been issued for her arrest.

After trying to figure out where our small claims court papers could be sent to, you were kind enough to provide an actual lawyer's name and address. I have contacted Mr. Georgetti and am hoping he'll accept the lawsuit on your behalf. Thank you for providing an address besides the fake Beverly Hills one you use on your website! 

As a Producer, having worked in Film/TV since 10 years old I can unequivocally state that the spurious, vengeful, cheesy remarks are from someone who doesn't understand Contracts and also the Film/TV Talent Agent Business. In a nutshell, from personal experience requesting a fee for services in this case, Motion Studios giving services such as a Actresses Portfolio and Videography and charging $1K which doesnt begin to cover the costs is above board.

I payed in 1985 a Fee to a Talent Agent for an 8 X 10 Head-Shot & resume rewrite when I was working as a PA for the DGC, an Asst. Dir. for Indies and she gave my first gig  as a Stand-In for Rick Springfield and earned in excess of $500 per day Still later, I worked Stand-In for Cannel and earned about the same I didnt have to schlep around calling the Film Production Casting office and had a blast as my rent was $400 per month near the Beach. I only earned $125 plus per day up to 16 hours for the DGC and $50 a day with per diem for Indies up to 24 hrs per day. I was no Coppola or Lucas or even Nick Cage- no illusions. A lot of wannabees expect to put treated like Marilyn Monroe. Not on this Planet Its a tough business and also, the people who weren't paid all the money they expected as Contract Talent Agents were padding the hours that they worked, taxing their Mentors, a senior Talent Agent & HR. Confusing the Models with incorrect schedules, BS information as they had little or no Media Experience, costing the Company in time/admin lost.

Would you pay a TV repairman if s/he showed up and plugged in the TV which your kid accidentally pulled out when vacuuming when you thought it was the Picture Tube. Possibly but not likely.

I paid $100 in 1985 and earned $20K in 1 yr; thats like $1K-2012 And, I never got a Videography and cant act my way out of a paper bag, though I have one credit for the CBC. I've even Volunteered as Set Security, PA, Stand-In and Extra and was happy to be hanging at Craft Services with Bob Fosse and Wolfgang Mankeweiz. FYI, Nick Cage is actually the Nephew of Coppola and didn't want to ride on the coattails of his Godfather Producer/Dir. Uncle Francis Ford Coppola. It's just sour grapes and when i worked as an Extra I called my Economics Prof and told him he was wrong and shouldn't have given me a "C" that there is free lunch on the Film Set That Milton Friedman was literally out to lunch. He laughed heartily and said at least I gave you an appreciation of Jazz, good luck.

"Pathetical Rebuttal" is the title of this con artist's title for a rebuttal. It's supposed to read 'Pathetic Rebuttal'. Motion Studios is chuckling! They include a document that has ridiculous english and such garbage punctuation, grammar, and quality that one can only be led to the idea that this was not done by anyone who we would hire. Or even if we did, we would have to fire!

It is obvious that when you have had 700 employees in the last 2 years or so, that things can happen over the internet with people who don't deserve to be in the same class as Motion Studios.

The company wants people to know, one of it's major investors, David Rhys-Beauregar, is a class act and self made millionaire. He is a dedicated family man, business man, and great patriot of the arts and entertainment industry.

He is from a family, including 3 grandfathers from 2 generations, that are military and he himself has close ties to the military and another grandfather is Staff Sergeant RCMP. He is a statesman and loves his country and North America, and the world for that matter. Motion Studios makes donations to many charitable causes.

Motion Studios, the company, has had to investigate 15 counts of Fraud, Theft Over, and countless defamation of character, breach of contract, and much more during it's relationship with 700 employees and also from people the company does not know.

Many people have normal lives and think alot about what it's like at the top. People take shots at you for a variety of reasons. When there are people with the idea that they are going to persuade other people to see their point of view, they better have better skills than this pathetic article against Motion Studios because when you obviously are illiterate don't start writing articles.
