Complaint Review: Motionstudios.TV - Vancouver British Columbia

Hey There,

I've been following these updates almost daily as I also have an open, unrelated file against David with the VPD here in Vancouver. I've been finding it really helpful to see that there are others out there trying to do their best to make David's scams public. It is frustrating to see this man continue to cheat people out of their money, misrepresent himself and his intentions, as well as threaten and insult these ex employees who are trying to help. I know David to be dangerous, delusional and above all, mentally unstable.

For those of you reading this or posting affiliated claims against David please note that the following names are all David's alias'. His real name is David Tiltman, he is from Winnipeg.

Of all the digging I have done this article is the most unsettling but it does give me insight into how his mind works. Yes he is delusional because is schizophrenic. I'm not interested in hearing about how I'm trying to scam David, or that I'm a liar, cheat, thief, thrift store somethingorother nor how many people his grandfather killed in the war etc. I just wanted to do my little part in getting this career criminal exposed.

does david have any idea why the supreme court exists? clearly not, as he thinks his silly made up case could go straight there. give us an address to get these small claims court papers to. anybody who wasn't lying would produce an address to accept the mail at! your resistance to accepting the fate you created is pitiful

The reason you're not going to Court is because you're not having anything out with us. You misread us and misappropriated funds that were due many people at Motion Studios.

Secondly, you're going to be indicted. Thirdly, you misunderstand the courts, that's why everyone here knows you're lying. You'd be going to supreme court.

where can I have the suit papers sent then? let's do this! small claims style, let's have a real court date set! where and when? I'm open for almost any day or time... you say the address where they can serve you papers and all of us ladies will be there.

Your law is very short on skill! We're going to show you skill!

You love throwing around these words, but I am not sure that you know what they mean. 

First of all, if you want to convey the conjunction of "you" and "are" it is "You're" not "Your"

2nd, perjury is spelled with a "J" and not a "G" - like Jury starts with a J.

What the word perjury means is this:

the offence committed by a witness in judicial proceedings who, having been lawfully sworn or having affirmed, wilfully gives false evidence 

Ripoff Report is not court, and nobody filing a typed rebuttal is sitting on the witness stand in a courtroom. 

That said, if I had been sworn in under oath, or not, I have not told one lie. My evidence can all be backed up by electronic documents. Stored on google's servers and several other secure places. I would love to see you in court so we can go over who perjuriously scams others. 

Also, a word of caution to you: the statement that you'll "snipe out [me]" can be taken as a threat of physical violence. Be careful what you say, you could get yourself in to even more trouble than you're already in! 

Nikole Klinkhamer, Vancouver, BC. Our evidence was that Rhona was the one who received all your emails from after you were fired for not doing your job. She supposedly then would not know you and you not know her. You just lied that you know Rhona was scammed for that reason.

Your under suspicion for purgery under oath right here. We're going to patiently snipe out you and your lies!

I know for a fact that David is the one at fault here. He scammed Rhona by having her work many hours, and then never paying her. Do a search of his name on here and you'll find scams across North America reported against him. If his alias David Samson comes up with this much dirt just imagine if we knew all the names he uses and all of the schemes...

Rhona Karbusicky, the author of the above article is wanted for Fraud and Theft in California and in British Columbia. In an attempt to steal from Motion Studios, she has been found to be illegally writing articles on the internet to blackmail David Rhys-Beauregar, self made millionaire and owner and investor of Motion Studios.

He laughs because his grandfather is a Staff Sergeant RCMP. Davids entire family is Military and he is a loyalist to country. David is the most legitimate business man I know. He has had many internet rip off artists try to find themselves in the limelight and in the money by blackmailing him.

Contrary to her attempts she is looking very unscrupulous after writing article after article on the net. I am the senior Talent Manager with Motion Studios and we are appalled at what some people will do to make money.

There is a Ten Thousand dollar reward to locate her. She is wanted for questioning by the RCMP.

All her case reports, Rhona Karbusicky's case reports to authorities, where she was told no one was interested, they were not interested for a reason. The RCMP contacted our company to report her illegal activities.

So when she says David Rhys-Beauregar was reported to the RCMP, the Ant-Fraud division in
Canada, The British Columbia Association of Crime Prevention, the Federal Trade Commission in the US, it was done by her and they contacted Motion Studios to warn us of her ridiculous plot to illegally blackmail the company!

The company Motion Studios is one of the largest Studios in the world, is very stable and well known. We have achieved standards that have never before been seen before by the world.
