These people are thieves. Their under many names on the internet. They sell chinese garbage doesn't work and they will not show you any respect once they have your money. All you will get from them is a lot of vulgar filthy excuses. Do Not deal with these thieves. This is a warning !! They sold me a reverse trike that was a piece of junk and would not take it back. Plus it took forever to get it. They continue to lie over and over. When I did get it it was a 5000.00 dollar piece a trash. Dealing with these many aka Motobuy company was the worse mistake I ever made in my life. You've been warned !!

Purchased scooter on 09/20/15. Called several days later to check status. Was told I would receive a call back. Never received a call back.
Called again on 09/28/15 to check status. Was told I would be called right back. No call back again. Called back in several hours later and was advised that they did not have the scooter in stock. Requested to have order cancelled and was told it would be.
Received an email 10/08/15 stating that the scooter I cancelled has shipped. I called back in and spoke with the same male that supposedly cancelled the order and stated that it was cancelled. Never received the males name, he always just answered the phone "sales". Several minutes later I get a phone call back from another male. He told me that I never cancelled my order and pretty much called me a liar. He also told me that I am responsible for shipping and other costs. He told me if I contacted my credit card (Discover) and filed a complaint that I was wasting my time and that I would loose. I tried to call back in and speak with the "sales" person that knew I called previously on 09/28/15 at 1323 hours (Eastern Time) to cancel the order.Now another male answered and told me he has no idea what I was talking about. I know you need to make a living, but do you really have to be so deceitful.

Believe me as a consumer...These people will say anything to sell their Chinese garbage. Read the reviews, that ought to tell you something...The Truth !!!! I don't care what these supposed owners, dealers or otherwise say. They are crooks !!!! I have a motorcycle I bought from them that within one month I had to replace the variator assembly because it is made of junk and there were teeth missing on it. All the rubber on this bike has rotted and all the paint is chipping off. I kept it in the garage all winter and it's not even a year old. The drive seal blew because the rubber used in it was rotted. I called them about it and they told me more or less to f..k off. They talk to buyer like crap once they get your money. As God is my witness do not deal with these con artist...You will get Screwed by them.

I am general manager for Motobuys. Customer service is our # 1 priorty. In the last 3 years we have sold online over 10,000 vehicles. The vast majority of our customers are happy with our products and service. We have checked all our logs in both the parts dept and our tech support dept.
We have not received any requests for support from any customer on this model in the last 3 months. This clearly appears to be a fake, phoney, false report. There is no name, no order #, no purchase date, no details of any kind whatsoever.
