 ripping off SINGLE MOTHER OF 3! I bought a car from them on the 4th of June and today is the 27th of June and their tow truck just left here after repoing my car! The girl in their office, Kaye, The one who walks around with a gun on her hip, said that she would work with me on the taxes. I just needed to bring her money everytime I could before my FIRST payment was due on the 15th of July!!! AND they said I owed for the tags but I DON't even have the tags! They were supposed to call me when the tags came in which never happened!!! But here we are with them STEALING my vehicle back! This was so totally planned becuase it only been a short time from when I had the option to bring the car back within the 7 days. They wanted me to pay a repo fee of $595!!!! WTF??? I just gave them every dime I had!!!! I looked their company up and found that they ONLY do scams! There are numerous complaints about them to the BBB!! Where they have been scamming people for the past few years! I've contacted the BBB, The Media, and my attorney. Their finance company (Prime Finance), which is actually a bogus company created by Motor Mall, has now disconnected their phone number after refusing to talk to me after taking my car. Monica in their office's exact words to me were why would we call you to tell you that we changed our mind on working with you and were repoing the car? then you would just hide it! This company has changed their name 3 or 4 times over since they obtained a busines license in 2011!! They are ONLY out to rip people off!

There is a scam going on for sure. I bought a car from Motor Mall with cash and when I went to get my title from the DMV there was a lein on it because it was written up as a finance not a sale. Also, everyone who gets cars from there has issues with them within the first month of having them. The owners should feel ashamed. They know what they're doing though because they've done it before! They're also known as Motor Maxx, Ocean Auto Sales and Prime fincance. I wish I would've done more research before I went or I never would have been scammed. Oh well. Lesson learned!

Wow!! Your response was exactly what was to be expected from a group of scammers that consider themselves a Business! I know exactly how financing works and I pay all my bills! However it's hard to pay a bill that ISN"T DUE YET!!! My first payment was not supposed to be made until July 15th!!! You tried to charge me for tags I DID"NT EVEN HAVE!!! Why? Because it had been 22 days since I purchased the car from you!!  SO let me explain customer service to you, since you OBVIOUSLY don't know how it works and I've Been in every aspect of Customer Service throught my working career. You treat your customers with respect, deal with the issue they have, COMMUNICATE with them (like if you don't agree with your sales person giving the customer until their first paymet to pay the taxes then call the customer on this genius invention called a phone, before you decide to repo the item), Listen to the customer and don't rudely cut them off when trying to deal with their issue and tell them that you don't have time to deal with them anymore especially when you are in the wrong. These are jut a few. And you may have been in "business" for years, you have changed your name a few times, Have wronged many people similarly, and have even had a investigative news report done on you 2years ago for doing THE SAME THING to people. Let's not even mention the Better Business Bureau's 100+ reports just like mine since you got that snazzy license in 2011! It's funny cuz you have soooooo many people saying that your "honest business" has scammed them or got over on them but you're the only ones saying that you're legit. Seems a little biased or a LIE!!!! You may have a license but not for long, because I have filed a complaint with the dealer license dept. and every person that contacts me about my posts on here and on BBB and on your Facebook wall, I encourafge to do the same. That same License dept has been contacted by other victims of yours before and told me so. SO since you don't know how to deduce dates on a calendar and have NO idea as to what you're talking about maybe you should not come on here with the BS post. Oh and you know what was even funnier, I received a letter a few days after the illegal repo stating that If I did'nt pay for the vehicle in full by that friday, you were putting back for sale on your lot! Even funnier is that it was dated and mailed on the same day you repoed the vehicle......means it was in the mail before you even took the car back! MOTORMALL/OCEAN AUTO and all of your other aliases ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT BY FROM THEM!!!! THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

hey since you obviously do not understand how financing works i will explain it to you.  When you buy a car on a finance plan you are expected to make your payments ON TIME which clearly says so in the contract you signed.  if you are a seasoned customer and have made a few payments in the past we will be more likely to work with you (even though by law we dont have to) before you get reposessed however if you NEVER make one payment like it is in your case we are going to assume you are never going to make payments and repo the car so we dont lose it.  At no point did anyone tell you "you can make payments whenever you can" because that would make no sense and completely contradict your contract.  In the future i would recomment whoever you finance with you actually make at least your first payment within a few days of it being due because if you dont guess what they will repo you too.  In the mean time just becasue you are not competent enought to follow a payment schedule that you signed and got a copy of at least please refrain from calling honest businesses scams.  As that is not appreciated.  We are a licenced dealer in florida and have been for many many years.  IF we were a scam we would not have a lisence. We offer a warranty with every car and 7 days to exchange it for a different car if you are not satisfied with it.  So please before you blame anyone else for your lack of car take a good look in the mirror at the person that never made one payment.  Thanks
