NEVER do business with ANYONE who calls you unsolicited. But if you choose to do so, DEMAND everything be in writing, and mailed. Then you can see where it came from, and you will have an address to mail it back to. Now, BEFORE giving them any money, VERIFY the "business" address by looking for a business license on them in public records, or have them send you a copy. NEVER do business with ANYONE who only has a toll free# and/or a P.O. Box or private mailbox. NEVER!! Toll free#'s can be totally stand alone and portable, which means they do not have to be tied to any land line. That number could ring anywhere in the world and/or be totally computer based. NEVER give anyone your banking information over the phone.

Well, seems as if some people have no problem pointing out what was wrong but forget to mention their role in this. For instance, Lori, how many of the clients that were supposedly taken for over $700,000 did you speak with while being the Customer Service Representative and promise they would be in a special program for overseas buyers? Don't know but shouldn't be too hard to find out. And how much did you charge them for this *special* program? Then brag how you got more money out of this or that stupid person? Don't know exactly how many but heard you on a regular basis bragging. So, don't forget to state your role in this whole mudslinging, as you say, tell the whole story. As for the paycheck bouncing problem: who signed your check? Who's account was it? Who had control of it? You know or else why every payday when Greg handed over a payroll check to you did you make the statement, "Is this going to clear?" Why would you ask Greg that question if he wasn't the person who had control of the finances? On another instance, instead of a payroll check you were given an ATM card to go to the bank and get your payroll but alas, no money in the bank. Who's account was that again? As fas as the mudslinging you mention about other companies. As an employee of their company, is it disheartening to know the incompetence level you are working with that they had to steal information from the Motor Zoo USA site to get their own site up and running? Can you guys get your own information or need to duplicate it from other companies? How many other websites did your supposed awesome web designer steal from? I guess awesome consists of copying and pasting huh? I for one have NO bad comments towards Mr. Doucette due to the fact he gave me a chance to work and I got paid. The trouble started when Greg came in, fired ALOT of employees so there were Customer Service and Fulfillment issues. He bounced payroll checks, not Chuck - look at the signature on those checks, looks like Greg's to me. And one more thing, when you post anything to anywhere, make sure you do your homework correctly and make sure no one has MORE information than you do. I know alot more of your role in this matter than anyone, so if the mudslinging must continue, so be it. There is plenty more but honestly don't feel like composing a novel so please, again, when posting due it correctly and honestly.

Only in 'Chucks World' do you have "I'm sorry but I did absolutely nothing wrong". "I'm taking responsibilty - everyone did it but me". What are you sorry for? That you charge $549.00 for an ad & posted phone numbers that ran to fax machines? That your employees lied & defrauded 1336 ad clients (thru 6/05/06)- causing pain and loss to countless people that counted on & trusted what they were told? Or maybe you're sorry that motorzoousa is closing it's door,& knowing this your people only sold 12 websites last week. Maybe you're sorry that the new company you launched ZeroDownMotors.com only got to launch 7 sold ebay auctions this last week & it wasn't enough money? We're curious - what exactly are you sorry for? It was a lot easier to feel sympathy for you regarding the other letter you posted - although it wasn't overlooked that the only 'real' apology you had to offer was directed towards employees that very well may be testifying against you tomarrow. Coincidence? For anyone that may wonder at the audacity, I invite you to view within this very site http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff188502.htm. Beautiful, heartfelt - rubbish. He announces the hardship of unemployment & yet his companies are booming. Distresses over doors being closed, and continues to "take the money". Any of you thinking, reasoning people wondering if Chuck & Nixon weren't somehow related??? I can't seem to get that ringing 'Trust Me' out of my ears.At the end of the link above is another link to the evidence of the afformentioned sales. You might want to remind those conspirators P*** & A***** - they won't be inheriting the kingdom(as they believe), the empire is coming down!!! Lori

In the following link within this site, Charles Doucette which owns both of the companies named above apologizes for defrauding the masses - quickly placing the blame on anyone but himself as if somehow he weren't responsible. And then he comes to this link - after claiming to be out of the biz, unemployed -on the edge of financial inniallation and homelessness to do more 'mudslinging'. Hey there Chuck - your diminishing your credibilty. Shouldn't you be out job hunting - or do you think the $5943.00 in sales MotorZooUSA (which you said is closing doors - why are you taking peoples money?)& Zero Down Motors motors picked up last week might hold you over a day or 2? Hey there - thinking, reasoning public - should we trust Chuck any more than Nixon when he says "Trust Me"? Enjoy the 'heartfelt' apology link posted within the same time @ http://www.RipOffReport.com/view.asp?id=189733.

My name is Charles Doucette and I now live in Springville Ut. I am responding to this to clear the air and to take full responsibilty for the people that have been hurt through my business Motor Zoo USA. $700,000 I challenge you to prove any of that since I never had access to any of the Money since Greg bounced that $6,000 check to my WAMU account. You know who ripped everyone off his name is written on your check. Please see other rip off report postings Lori *******, Jackie ***** and Tom Rothrock were former sales contractors for motorzoousa.com and One Stop Motors all of them have numerous complaint about telemarketing fraud. That is who those posters are they are now called uwinmotors.com with no physical address they work for Greg Robertson. The guy that signed those bounced checks and the only person to gain from this fiasco

So these companys or so called companys are up to their no good scams again. $700,000 wow I couldnt even spend that in a lifetime. I recently spoke to another EX-Employee and he said he got ripped off out of a car and $1,200 Bucks. It's sad they rip off so many people. I was Included in this scam at one point not knowing it was a scam I thought it was a good Idea to help people sell cars, then I found out that they wernt out to help sell cars they were out to rip people off of there money, creating crap web pages with pictures of your cars and lying about what they offered. For warning if you are listing your ad in a reputable place on line and you leave your phone number for all to see, These scam artist now know you are selling your vehicle and have your number, that is how they find you. Then they give you some speal about how they can sell your car for twice the money you want for it and they put up an ad that takes 10 minutes to make and cost them a penny to create. Dont be fooled by some one calling you with a way to sell your car your money will just be taken to the bank to fill their own pockets.

Jeez, go look for some whois info on zerodownmotors.com, can't find any names now, becasue........ding ding ding, you guessed it, they are HIDING!!!! They used a service to make thier domain registration private. DomainsByProxy.com A service mainly used for porno sites, warez, and other illegal ventures. If they are such a reputable company why hide who owns the domain? If they are innocent why hide? Yeah innocent my as$. If these people actually had to work for their money, wait they know nothing of work, only ways to rip people off of their money and or time.

I am very familiar with them. Chuck is only out to make a quick buck on a scam, them man has no integrity or honor what so ever. Greg also who claims to be a god loving moromn will screw anyone out of money faster than you can blink. They knowingly lie about the service to get the quick buck, and then provide a subpar service, this has been going on for a couple years now. On top of handing employees bad paychecks, threating employees, or chaging company policy to not pay someone a commission. They do not activly sell any vehicles, oh Alan Pacer is a 50 year old man who obviously cant see he is being taken advantage of. Chuck has tried to set up his companies to skirt regulations and tax laws. On top of this they try to set up other folks so the blame never lies on them, but in reality they are only digging a bigger hole. Look around on this site there are about 9 different reoprts and many many more to come, some of us won't stand for getting screwed and information is a powerful thing. The attorenry general is a GREAT place to start, they really like to investigate things, and the IRS does as well, and since i have not recieved any tax information I want to do the right thing so the IRS doesnt come after me.
