Dear Jim, John Debney and Nick Ingman both have brought your horrendously butchered videos utilizing excerpts from the Passion of the Christ to our attention. I am former producer at Icon Productions. My name is Michael. Mr. Madonna, In viewing your work, (dare anyone call it that) it is obvious that you have not an ounce of pride or integrity in your heart.

Mr Madonna, apparently you feel that pasting someones work that is not yours, that cost over 30 million dollars to produce makes it open season for you to misrepresent it as as your own work. You have no authorization to do so! I find it hard to believe anyone who calls themself a producer would do so with a clear conscience.

No one here in the entertainment community appreciates maggots like the process of taking movie trailers and mixing them with your sense of entitlement to completely violate the code of ethics and honor amongst artist who actually create works from their own ideas and resources. I liken it to a rapist who justifies his crime by saying he used a condom.

Mr Madonna, however you may justify this abuse of copy written material, whether it is by pulling the audio out and hiding under ambiguous laws that are not binding or effectuate the making of such tasteless compositions. In your case you completely abuse the nature of the films writers and producers.

You have done well defaming the original intent of the author and his protected rights as the author of this copy written material. you belittle and victimize the producers and multitudes of people who actually put their hard work and creativity into Passion of the Christ. From my observations you have made a habit of doing the same injustice to many other films and trailers protected by copy write laws. I hereby advise you to cease and deist.

Mr Madonna, you may be facing a lawsuit facing charges in a federal court. Our legal department has been notified. I have observed this new trend of you tube plagiarizers who think they can just steal someones images and copy written ideas and use them as they please without permission! It is unconscionable.

One phrase comes to mind when describing your delusions of making videos from other peoples compositions and calling them art. I can only surmise this process of yours in two words. It can only be interpreted as blatant copy write infringement and I. P. theft.

It seems that a new metaphor has spawned from your gross misinterpretation of art.
I like to call it...

"TRAILER TRASH"

I only ran across this just today, I know jim Madonna I am a recovering heoin addict. One of thereasons I was hooked was because of the circle of jerks Jim runs with. This was a few years ago. I find it utterly comical that Jim Madonna has this self righteous 'he did me wrong" "he is a liar'' attitude, as if Jim Madonna is a credible person. Oh! my LORD, it does not get any funnier!

Jim is a conn artist, a dope feind, a CONVICTED drug addict, and one of the worst losers I have ever met. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Get a life Madonna. oh now he sits in his trailer in the middle of nowhere and does videos from OTHER PEOPLES HARD WORK? Clasic Jim. Christians are all hypocrites!

First off, Who you call my pastor is not my Pastor, he is not the one who forgives, or the one I would REMOTLEY trust with my personal affairs before God. I love you Jim and truly appreciate your attitude. All is forgiven here also... Brother Jim.

Food for thought.

Jesus leaves no room for an unforgiving spirit, even if the offender never repents. He directs His disciples: "Love your enemies,
and pray for those who persecute you in order that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to
rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous" (Matthew 5:44-45, NASB).

The apostle Paul makes it clear that so long as we retain the right to vengeance, we can't really love our enemies (Romans 12:9). We must let go of the offense and let it be washed into the river of God's justice, that it may not pollute our springs. Paul concludes, "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good" (vs. 21).

Christians must forgive. Jesus told the parable of a governor who owed millions to his king. But he forfeited the king's offer
to forgive the debt by his own refusal to cancel a twenty dollar debt. As a result, he was imprisoned and tortured until he should
pay the last penny. Jesus' application to his disciples is unmistakable: "So shall my heavenly Father also do to you, if each of you
does not forgive his brother from your heart" (Matthew 18:35).

So we are in agreement according to the word of God.

L but in FACT Mark Del papa of California in a vindictive act to
slander my good name what Mark Delpapa has said is a LIE but EVIL

...I made 2 video's for this man 1 called 'Don't Lose Heart" and
"METROLINK" that Mark Delpapa emailed me the 2 audio files as MP3's I in

turn for FREE
no less created the one "Don't Lose Heart" yes using clips from the
movie "The Passion Of The Christ" Youtube contacted me stating a 3 party

content was used however NO ACTION TAKEN this I can PROVE if need be.
Mark Delpapa from the time we meet via Facebook through "Mountain High
Video Production" that I can PROVE ATTITUDE

and negativity forced me to remove the video ..Because the video was
made for FREE I hold ALL rights to it including the PERMISSION to use
his audio from Youtube and I did ..He has TORCHED me and my family and
has even contact the police in his area he use a place called Planet
Cyber with many PC's and different IP addressees I have MANY people to PROVE this ...In all respect I want this OUTRAGEOUS LIES to be removed from this FAKE
report Mark Delpapa has made ....I can supply countless emails along
with audio file's text message if need be. Mark Delpapa can prove NOTHING he is a con man and I can PROVE this TRAILER TRASH he calls me ......
