I moved with this terrible company two years ago. I saw that there are plenty of reports about them and what prompted my to report this was the denial that this company is in. I see that Movage i insisting that all of their bad reports are fake. Well, let me assure you that I am not fake. My name is Ellen and anyone is more than welcome to write me and see a copy of my paperwork. The office staff seems friendly and they know how to "close" the deal. The movers seemed courteous and fast.....BUT...at the end of the day. almost everything they handled and wrapped themselves was damaged. And no one gave a ^&*( Not only that, they LOST FURNITURE and then did not have "ENOUGH TIME TO GO LOOK FOR IT"! Don't be fooled by the office staff or the movers. When you start to look at the gashes in your leather and wood and their attitude of "just file a claim" for your missing items (that may be very precious to you). They are intent on getting new business and those who have paid, can just forget about any missing items. I've moved multiple times, and had bad movers, mediocre, etc..but MOVAGE WAS THE WORST OF ANY!!!! The movers came really late and brought a truck that was too small, so they couldn't move all of my things. They didn't bring packing materials, although I specifically said I would need some help packing, they broke a figurine, damaged the wall at my new house and put my baby's crib together wrong. Also, be prepared to pay for their smoke breaks. These are truly movers from H**L!

Apologies to our customers but this is nothing but a smear campaign by our competition.
The accusations described here are completely bogus and very inappropriate and unfortunately they can be written without any accountability.
