Move Masters Charge more money than on contract amount ripoff Arlington Texas
Move Masters is a horrible company to use for your next move. The move went smooth until it came time to pay. They charged extra with no explanation and we of course paid them and then called the owner. The owner stated whatever extra we paid was a tip to the movers. We did not tip anyone, they wrote the amount they charged on the contract, and there is nothing about the tip.
When I called the owner, he started yelling at me and then told me to come to his office if I had anything further to say he was done talking to me on the phone and hung up. Very Very rude and unprofessional.
Please save yourself some greif and use a reputable moving company, not a company of thieves like move masters.
