Move on Time auto transport Diseree, Ryan and Mike May I have my deposit back. Hollywood, Florida
Back in September I was looking for a auto carrier to move a vehicle from CT to NV. I tried the internet for a auto transporter and I gave information to auto transport search engine who given me quotes. Move on time got my information and called me September 7,2010 and customer rep by the name of Diseree called, she was nice and explained to me how they work and the price. That friday September 10, 2010 gave Move on time a deposit of 125.00. Monday I get a call from dispatch that the vehicle will be picked up on September 15,2010 no one came I called again September 16,2010 to find out whats going on and Ryan informed that the driver truck was broken down and he will try some else in the industry, and nothing happened so I canceled and asked if there will be a problem getting my refund back he stated no. Ryan said he will walk my request into their finance dept to speed the process and felt that I have no worries because Ryan was handling his business. October 3 2010 I checked my acct and no refund so I called and Diseree answered and I told her the problem she said she would email finance. October 5, 2010 I checked my acct nothing so I called again and i spoken to Mike a manager who said my refund will be in my acct by night fall, so October 6 , I called my bank to see if the refund was there and nothing, October 7,2010 I called Move on time in regard to my refund and got the same answer by night fall it will be there guess what its night fall again and no refund.
