Movie Star Planet Paid for VIP accounts and then within two weeks banned IP address Internet
Do not let your children play movie star planet! This app/computer game is a scam.
About two weeks ago I paid 59.99 each for both my youngest girls to get a VIP status which lets them get better in game items. My oldest got her account hacked and couldn't log in. I emailed their support. And today, instead of helping her get back into her account, they have banned our IP address so now my youngest can't even play.
I did some research and made a free account on my phone. It states it's for children ages 4-14 and supposedly has a language filter. People talk inappropriately and make sexual comments (probably pedophiles looking for targets) and there is also a lot of bullying and drama.
I have contacted paypal and made a dispute about the payments. I am also trying to figure out how to get this game taken off apples app store. I have also did my research and we are not the first people to have been banned after paying. There was even a lady that used her credit card and ended up with identity theft due to this game. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN!!
I am so upset that a game that is intended for children can do this!
