After reading the rebuttal of the owner I have to question the integrity of the company. Anyone can put up a website and make claims they are bigger than they are and then when someone files a negative report like a little kid they threaten to sue.
In this day and age anything over $10.00 is a lot of money to spend. I am convinced that the report submitted is factual in their claim. I personally visited the website and immediately several red flags went up. That is why I searched the internet for a review that has been done about this company.
"most likely this is the work of a competitor or some other P2P scam site that wants to to throw mud on legitimate website." I have to qustion this statement because no where in the review did the individual make any reference to their website if they even have one.
The review came of honest and concrete and without malice. Most competitors when trying to destroy the credibility of another site will allude to or make reference to a better site to visit. This was never done in their review.
The other thing I observed is that the owner did not address the issues presented in a professional manner and how they were being resolved on their website. Instead the first thing said that you want to pursue this legally. Under what grounds do you want to pursue this?
I guess you can try under the grounds of "slander" but now you have to prove that a review such as the one posted has caused damages and the amount. You will also have to prove that the poster of this review had malicious intent to drive traffic away from your site. You also have to prove that this was a competitor. You also are moving into and area that could cost you more money legally where I would think it would be far easier to address this persons concerns point by point and how you handle each situation.
Personally I would change your rebuttal and provide a more professional response to this individuals review. Instead of the threat to sue I would address the persons concerns about your site and how you actually manage your site. At the moment my opinion of your site is beware of this site and do not give your money away.
So my question to you is this?
What do you actually offer on your site and in detail please?
No where did you not say the information provided was not factual.
Is the below statement true?
"The "members area" is just filled with links that lead you other places. You cannot download or watch movies, or streaming TV directly on the site."
Is this statement true?
"So I paid the money like a fool expecting to be able to start downloading movies right away. NOPE. The "Member's only area" just gives you discounts to video-playing and conversion software to download on your computer, (software you can get anywhere else for probably the same price)"
If you as the owner was so concerned about your reputation to the point you would try to pursue legal action after this poster then you should be concerned enough to give a detailed response to the concerns posted.
I feel the same way as the poster of this review. I would have a difficult time parting with $29.00 in this economy and I as well would be demanding a full refund if you do claim on your site immediate downloads and you are providing 3rd party links and software you can get free on the internet.
If this is not true then so state that and give proof.
My question to you is this:
How transparent are you and who are you accountable too?
I as well have several internet businesses but I am accountable to my customers. I address their concerns and I change the way I conduct business if it gives the appearance I am out to rip them off. I am also a member of the BBB so if I feel the customer is being unreasonable and wants to slander my company I have a 3rd party to step in and make sure I am conducting business in a professional manner. I would suggested again, rewriting your rebuttal if you are that concerned about your reputation and maybe not spout "lawsuit" as being your first response.
At this time I am not convinced you are an honest and transparent company and provide a legitimate service that people are willing to pay for.

Hello the statment above makes me extremely angry. most likely this is the work of a competitor or some other P2P scam site that wants to to throw mud on legitimate website. MoviesCapital.com offers direct downloads from its members area to legal movies . All the movies are licensed and download directly from our servers. unlike thousands of scam websites out there moviescapital.com is legal and offers real movie downloads to its customers. complaints like these are the very essence of why ripoffreport.com is illegal and its owner being sued in millions. we will also be searching to see if there is a real person behind this post so we can press legal charges.
