They are unbelievably rude, and incompetent. They had changed my delivery date several times, and failed to notify me each time. Each time, I had to call, wait on hold forever, and then be belittled by the manager, Shay Levi. When the delivery date finally arrived, Shay advised me to be home by 2pm to receive my goods. Now, since he had misinformed me several times already, I repeated the date/time about 5 times, to make sure I heard it correctly. When I left work at 1:30pm, I had nine messages on my
voicemail from the driver, and the broker (Nationwide), asking me where I was. I also received a message from Shay, telling me that he was going to tell his driver to return to the warehouse, and charge me a redelivery fee. He then went on to tell Nationwide that I lied about the time he told me to be there. I was able to catch the movers before they were too far away, and they returned to me house. They clearly blamed me for making them wait, and were horribly rude to me the whole time. One of them even called me a "Puta" (b***h in Spanish),apparently unaware that I knew what it meant. I had also made previous arrangements to have a reweigh done, in my presence, since the weight they told me was so far off from the estimate, but they refused. They said that because I was so late, they had to do it without me. I NEVER RECEIVED THE REWEIGH IN MY PRESENCE. I cannot fully express my
disgust for this company, and for Nationwide, for allowing their customers to be treated this way. I would have been better off hiring a pack of mules to haul my furniture across the country.
