Mp3 University ripoff won't refund money to unsatisfied customer Internet
Don't give MP3University your money because they won't give it back as they state you have a 30 day money back guarantee. They are offering you nothing more than what is already out there on the web and is completely free. They allow you to download kazaalite, a peer to peer file sharing program, which is completely free. I already had kazaa, but am not sure if it is legal.
I wanted to download music legally. I believed I was paying to download music from a website legally, not a peer to peer program. I asked for my money back, they took forever to respond, after about 5 emails to and from, they told me to give them numerous different bits of info, that I had no clue of or where to find it. I filled in the info to the best of my knowledge. I contacted them for my refund the same evening I paid them. 2 months later, still no refund or any type of follow up letter.
THEY ARE A RIP-OFF. THEY SUCK. Go get kazaa for free. But I don't believe it is legal.
