I paid for the same service you are talking about about 2 months ago. I was able to access the web site the day I paid, found out they were offering programs for peer to peer downloading, (i.e. kazaa-lite) which you can find on the internet for free. I already had kazaa on my computer & I wasn't sure that using kazaa was legal so I wanted a for sure legal way to download music, so I paid MP3University. When I found out what they were offering, I immediately asked for my money back that night. There website states a 30 day money back guarantee. So no problem right? Wrong. It took them 5 days to even respond, (after I had created 2 tickets), we went back and forth through emails. They finally sent me an email asking me to give them some info I had no idea about. So, I gave them what info I had and told them they should have a record of the rest. They have yet to send me any refund or another email response. They are crooks.
