This buyer received their correct item, but it came with a free gift, which buyers can choose between an audio amp or battery pack, they choose battery pack but at the time of processing the battery pack went out of stock, so the (better and more expensive) amp was sent. The buyer failed to understand our free gift policy and that all free gifts are subject to stock availability, like most stores have and like most other places, we sent the next alternative gift to the buyer.
