1) We reply to emails, but if you have a Yahoo or Hotmail account you will need to check the spam bin most likely for them, nothing we can do about that 2) Tracking is valid, but on usps.com it only becomes valid once the item arrive in the US, thats not an issue with us, thats just how it is. 3) Sorry but delays in delivery after the parcel has left us by the post office or customs is beyond our scope of control We always ship, we always reply, online since 2006 and with over 10,000 retail orders fulfilled, we may not be perfect, but we are reliable and do our best to make customers happy.
