All of us are CONSUMERS at one point or another. We do EXPECT business that offer their products or services to live up to their advertise ads. All consumers work hard for their big or small amount of money. You want QUALITY for what you pay for. When these "legit business" are selling to you as a consumer. You EXPECT them to do what is advertise. When we the consumers with the money in our hands that we worked for, does not receive fair treatment, being fraud, etc..., When have the right to voice our complaints about what WE EXPERIENCED. The Truth is Not a slander. Fake advertising is a crime against consmers. Misleading them to beleive one thing with deceitful intentions behind the scene. Rip off shows over thousands of complaints from consumers. I guess all of them are slandering
too. We should not have to feel a business that you complaint about are harassing you, threaten you or
retailiate against. We want good customers services, quality.
Please excuse if there are any typo I type from my phone keyboard:). We know that a business image means everything to them but a business IS NOT A BUSINESS WITHOUT CUSTOMERS. Even the most surging business with millions of customers can receive a going out of business sign. When enough CONSUMERS COME TOGETHER COMPLAINING. You can be riding high on the hog one moment and then stocks number start going down, word of mouth (which is one of the most powerful form of advertiding) can STOP people from buying from you. YOUR CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS, CONSUMERS ARE YOUR BUSINESS. Dog them out and you may not be in business for too long:(. CONSUMERS FIGHTING FOR THEIR RIGHTS.

Read some of the rebuttals, everyone is entitle to their own opinion and experience. Now LIKE I SAID in the original message. I never got my money that I made from MPS websites. Even to this day. My EXPERIENCE IS MY EXPERIENCE AND DO THE WHOLE LAWSUIT THREATS BECAUSE I AM A CERTIFED PARALEGAL THAT DON'T HAVE TO LIE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT THAT TIME. I as a çonsumer have a LEGAL right to VOICE my experience. Rather its a lenghty or short complaint, I still have the right to complaint about my experience with a business that offer their services in the US consumers. I 'm entitle to my privacy, no one has the right to violate it or waterdown that complaint period. At that time before MPS new improvement I didn't get paid what I made. My website was shut down without notice like to RETAILATE AGAINST BECAUSE I ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT MY MONEY. MY FAMILY SUFFERED HOMELESSNESS BECAUSE THE MONEY I MADE FROM THE WEBSITE, SUPPLEMENT MY OTHER INCOME. MY EXPERIENCE NOT ANYONE ELSE!!
NEW UPDATE: My friend now have a websites with MPS. Since the changes MPS has a new banking system that prevent fraud. I understand the IRS need for ID verfication why? because its now EXPLAINED throughly I were left hanging in the air at that time with MY OWN EXPERIENCE!!
So far MPS payment to my friends has been arriving on time. Its a week behind because the bank must verify information. Which is good. Calls still come in slow, maybe more traffic drawing promotions will help. Now theres a young lady that responds back to email sent. This keep consumers from guessing what is going on. When a consumer calls are not being answered its going to make them question "is this a legit valid business". I. Dont think I was a bad person because I as a MPS consumer wanted answer regarding my money I earned. No one can make me feel that way. I still didnt get my money I earned. Is that slander? Or a consumer complaining about not getting what the service advertise? Receive calls, be your own website owner and get paid for what you earned. MPS has improved its better. This is again my consumer voice, hope I'm not being too slanderous. Look bottom line is this, I voice my complaint on here because thats what I experience before the NEW IMPROVED MPS. No man nor woman will EVER take that away from me. If something is good I speak on it BUT if its bad I speak on it too as a consumer and I WILL NOT BE BULLIED!! now I've moved on from MPS. But if ANY BUSINESS DO ME WRONG I WILL SPEAK OUT ON THAT TOO. Everyone wants the perfect Image. Business but there's no such thing. COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS GOES A LONG WAY. Peaceout May God bless you:)

Please beware! The previous reports on MPS not being a scam is a LIE! I have not received any of my monies and they claim they have sent me updates. Gary got very smart with me and very, very rude. He told me that he was going to cut my website off. He would send a check. I told him he was a scam and he never sent me any information to my james.elaine08 yahoo address. I was onl trying to follow up with Gary and he holllered at me. Do not deal with these people and I do not care if they shut my website down. In Jesus name God bless them.

I read this entire thread by the original poster and I'm confused..
If you work as a provider with MPS, or any other legitament company, you will have to set up a payout account and submit some documentation before being able to receive funds.
This isn't an invasion of privacy. In fact if you were not required to submit any details about who you actually are then it would seem a bit fishy. For all they know you could be a kid? Or involved in some kind of money laundering?
Every company that pays contract or actual employees must comply with the IRS and they must report all payouts. Otherwise they will have to pay taxes on this income themselves plus be subject to severe penalties including tax liens.
Over a year ago I started working with MPS and like everyone else I submitted my documentation and set up my account to withdraw payments. *I also had to do this with every other company I receive money from (PayPal, 2Checkout, Google wallet), etc. And they are not scams either (well maybe PP lol).
Anyway my point is that MPS is not a scam. I have always been paid on schedule and they have always treated me with respect and professionalism.

Sounds like you wanted to remain anonymous..
That's fine except you were taking calls and receiving payment for those services.
MPS has to report all sales as per IRS regulations. They also need to know how money is being generated and sent.
I have been with them for 2 years and never had a problem getting paid. but I also have nothing to hide and submitted my documentation just as everyone else that receives payment has done.
They are not a scam - but it sounds like you are..

I don't know what all the fuss is about concerning the original poster. I can only tell from my experience (1 year).
I have NEVER had any problems with MPS, other then the initial learning curve as their platform is much more advanced then most.
Once I learned the system I have received a lot of calls and has no problems getting paid or support. They don't offer phone support 24/7, but they respond pretty quickly to email and tickets.
Like I said i can only comment on my personal experience and those of my freinds, and in my opinion MPS is NOT A SCAM!

I have been a client of this company for almost 2 years. During this time I have seen a great deal of improvements and they seem to always be adding new features.
I have had no problems receiving payment and I am happy to continue using their services. I'm not sure what the original poster is referring to, but I have not noticed any problems.
Also I can attest to what Gary (the owner) stated in regards to the photo ID and W9. I also work at a CPA office and I can confirm that these documents are required. You also have to provide ID when using PayPal, 2checkout, Google Wallet, etc. This is also a requirement of other pay per minute platforms. There is nothing suspicous about it.
One has to wonder why the original poster would claim that her family was facing homelessness, yet she would not verify her identity. I think that it very suspicous.
