Myphonesite.com offer publicly to consumers, the opportunity to create your own website and earn money through their turnkey solution site. Its located in Knoxville, Tennesse. I been working from the websites I built for five months. At first I had no problem recieving my money withdraws payments through direct deposit, they came right on time. About a month ago, I was expecting a payment and didnt recieve it. I attempt to call MPS customer service and got no answer on their voicemail 24 hour/7days a week. Okay, I start to get nervous because my family and I are forced to stay at extend stay until our finances get better. Due to the job market, I used the money from the sites I created to take care of my family. I finally got a call from the owner Gary, telling me that MPS suffer credit card fraud and all withdraws payment were placed on hold. What? Why didnt anyone notified the webowners about this? Why did I have to keep calling and finally got someone, just to hear that my payments are being delayed, until investigation is done. Why didnt they make an announcement before hand?

I express to Gary that I really need my money I earn I have a family to support. He eventually ended up sending me moneypak payments. He inform me that this problem should be cleared up soon and all direct deposit, will flow back smooth again. He inform me that they also offer daily payout, which means. If you need your payment on a daily basic, you can ask for it. I sterted asking for moneypak payment, so I knew I was going to get paid. But then I start noticing the moneypak payment kept getting delayed and once again try calling their customer service line. Could not reach any one, it just rung and right to voicemail.

After mulitple calls Gary finally sent the moneypak, but every week I had to call for my payments. Worry about never being able to reach customer service, no matter what time I call. On April 6, 2012 I request to be paid through moneypak, I really needed my money. Gary sent me a email that we are unable to send you anymore moneypak without state ID for verification purposes. Huh? Why didnt he emphasis this, when he first start sending me moneypak payment? It wasnt until I start complaining about never being able to reach a live customer service person and how I'm not getting my payments on time .

Then it was like, having my payments withheld from me on purposes, like someone becoming upset with you because you're complaining about their website and they have to teach you a lesson by withholding your money and knowing that you need it. Now me and my family is facing homelessness. Its not that I dont have the money to pay rent. He refuse to send me my money through moneypak because I refused to send a strange website my state ID card. I already surrender over my credit card information that MPS say they need for age verification purpose and I sent them my banking information that MPS use for withdraws payment. If they have all this information, why do I have to keep sending you more of my personal information.

Im still the same person you've been sending direct deposit to and past moneypak payments too. Why now do you ask for my ID? It wasnt until I start to complaint, then money start being delayed on purpose. I would put my withdraw in two days early and I wont recieve it until three days later. He claim he had to get moneypak payment approved. withdraws wasnt for a large amount so why did it take so long to get a moneypak card, you just pick up at walmart? I know it was to teach me a lesson about complaining about the way how business is conduct. No proper communication with consumer, last minute notice about your site being inactive, lack of customer service to ease a consumer worries. Act as if you're a worker for MPS instead of being a webowner. Having workers pose as customer to call different site, I guess to keep the site appearing legit.

Allow customer to call and ask oerator to talk about underage, rape conversation.. I thought it was against the law to engage in this type of activity so why is MPS allowing this to happen, through their site? Allowing operators to post pictures of minors up on their site. I put a picture of smoke and Gary complaint to me about not having picture of people up. This website should be investigated and shut down, if they are not going to do what they advertise to do. you cant lure people in with the attraction of making money for themselves and then attempt to controlling them by not paying them their money. If you cant pay people, on time. Then maybe you should closed your bsuiness down until you get your money problem fix but not keep misleading the public that youre legit and youre not paying people. If you have nothing to hide, why shut down the people site that start to ask questions and complaint?

All of us are CONSUMERS at one point or another. We do EXPECT business that offer their products or services to live up to their advertise ads. All consumers work hard for their big or small amount of money. You want QUALITY for what you pay for. When these "legit business" are selling to you as a consumer. You EXPECT them to do what is advertise. When we the consumers with the money in our hands that we worked for, does not receive fair treatment, being fraud, etc..., When have the right to voice our complaints about what WE EXPERIENCED. The Truth is Not a slander. Fake advertising is a crime against consmers. Misleading them to beleive one thing with deceitful intentions behind the scene. Rip off shows over thousands of complaints from consumers. I guess all of them are slandering

too. We should not have to feel a business that you complaint about are harassing you, threaten you or

retailiate against. We want good customers services, quality.

Please excuse if there are any typo I type from my phone keyboard:). We know that a business image means everything to them but a business IS NOT A BUSINESS WITHOUT CUSTOMERS. Even the most surging business with millions of customers can receive a going out of business sign. When enough CONSUMERS COME TOGETHER COMPLAINING. You can be riding high on the hog one moment and then stocks number start going down, word of mouth (which is one of the most powerful form of advertiding) can STOP people from buying from you. YOUR CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS, CONSUMERS ARE YOUR BUSINESS. Dog them out and you may not be in business for too long:(. CONSUMERS FIGHTING FOR THEIR RIGHTS.

ORGINAL WRITER OF MPS COMPLAINT

#3Author of original report

Read some of the rebuttals, everyone is entitle to their own opinion and experience. Now LIKE I SAID in the original message. I never got my money that I made from MPS websites. Even to this day. My EXPERIENCE IS MY EXPERIENCE AND DO THE WHOLE LAWSUIT THREATS BECAUSE I AM A CERTIFED PARALEGAL THAT DON'T HAVE TO LIE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT THAT TIME. I as a çonsumer have a LEGAL right to VOICE my experience. Rather its a lenghty or short complaint, I still have the right to complaint about my experience with a business that offer their services in the US consumers. I 'm entitle to my privacy, no one has the right to violate it or waterdown that complaint period. At that time before MPS new improvement I didn't get paid what I made. My website was shut down without notice like to RETAILATE AGAINST BECAUSE I ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT MY MONEY. MY FAMILY SUFFERED HOMELESSNESS BECAUSE THE MONEY I MADE FROM THE WEBSITE, SUPPLEMENT MY OTHER INCOME. MY EXPERIENCE NOT ANYONE ELSE!!

NEW UPDATE: My friend now have a websites with MPS. Since the changes MPS has a new banking system that prevent fraud. I understand the IRS need for ID verfication why? because its now EXPLAINED throughly I were left hanging in the air at that time with MY OWN EXPERIENCE!!

So far MPS payment to my friends has been arriving on time. Its a week behind because the bank must verify information. Which is good. Calls still come in slow, maybe more traffic drawing promotions will help. Now theres a young lady that responds back to email sent. This keep consumers from guessing what is going on. When a consumer calls are not being answered its going to make them question "is this a legit valid business".  I. Dont think I was a bad person because I as a MPS consumer wanted answer regarding my money I earned. No one can make me feel that way. I still didnt get my money I earned. Is that slander? Or a consumer complaining about not getting what the service advertise? Receive calls, be your own website owner and get paid for what you earned. MPS has improved its better. This is again my consumer voice, hope I'm not being too slanderous. Look bottom line is this, I voice my complaint on here because thats what I experience before the NEW IMPROVED MPS. No man nor woman will EVER take that away from me. If something is good I speak on it BUT if its bad I speak on it too as a consumer and I WILL NOT BE BULLIED!! now I've moved on from MPS. But if ANY BUSINESS DO ME WRONG I WILL SPEAK OUT ON THAT TOO. Everyone wants the perfect Image. Business but there's no such thing. COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS GOES A LONG WAY. Peaceout May God bless you:)

I read this entire thread by the original poster and I'm confused..

If you work as a provider with MPS, or any other legitament company, you will have to set up a payout account and submit some documentation before being able to receive funds.

This isn't an invasion of privacy.  In fact if you were not required to submit any details about who you actually are then it would seem a bit fishy.  For all they know you could be a kid?  Or involved in some kind of money laundering?

Every company that pays contract or actual employees must comply with the IRS and they must report all payouts.  Otherwise they will have to pay taxes on this income themselves plus be subject to severe penalties including tax liens.

Over a year ago I started working with MPS and like everyone else I submitted my documentation and set up my account to withdraw payments. *I also had to do this with every other company I receive money from (PayPal, 2Checkout, Google wallet), etc.  And they are not scams either (well maybe PP lol).

Anyway my point is that MPS is not a scam.  I have always been paid on schedule and they have always treated me with respect and professionalism.

Sounds like you wanted to remain anonymous..

That's fine except you were taking calls and receiving payment for those services.

MPS has to report all sales as per IRS regulations.  They also need to know how money is being generated and sent.

I have been with them for 2 years and never had a problem getting paid.  but I also have nothing to hide and submitted my documentation just as everyone else that receives payment has done.

They are not a scam - but it sounds like you are..

I don't know what all the fuss is about concerning the original poster. I can only tell from my experience (1 year).

I have NEVER had any problems with MPS, other then the initial learning curve as their platform is much more advanced then most.

Once I learned the system I have received a lot of calls and has no problems getting paid or support. They don't offer phone support 24/7, but they respond pretty quickly to email and tickets.

Like I said i can only comment on my personal experience and those of my freinds, and in my opinion MPS is NOT A SCAM!

I have been a client of this company for almost 2 years.  During this time I have seen a great deal of improvements and they seem to always be adding new features.

I have had no problems receiving payment and I am happy to continue using their services.  I'm not sure what the original poster is referring to, but I have not noticed any problems.

Also I can attest to what Gary (the owner) stated in regards to the photo ID and W9.  I also work at a CPA office and I can confirm that these documents are required.  You also have to provide ID when using PayPal, 2checkout, Google Wallet, etc.  This is also a requirement of other pay per minute platforms.  There is nothing suspicous about it.

One has to wonder why the original poster would claim that her family was facing homelessness, yet she would not verify her identity.  I think that it very suspicous.

Formal Rebuttal

#9REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sat, May 18, 2013

This is a formal rebuttal to the outrageous and slanderous compliant.  This rebuttal will be followed by a legal request to identify the poster and a lawsuit will be filed for defamation.

The idea that ripoffreport can host such a false claim with no proof is incredible scary..

As you may have noticed from the lengthy complaint the former user stated that she was asked to present a government issued photo id in order to receive payment from our company.  She refused to do this.  It seems she was fine with using our platform to accept calls, but did not feel she had to provide us any information about herself.

This, along with several other issues, is why her payments were frozen.  During this time our company just started and we grew very quickly.  The success was great but with any start up company there are bumps along the way.  At that time we were offering payments via green dot because it was a fast and easy way to transfer payments.

However when we started to experience a spike in fraudulent transactions we had to make some adjustments.  This occurred during a two week period in early 2012 and after a full review we found that some providers were involved.  The person that wrote this complaint is one of the users that we were able to trace fraudulent transactions to.

Therefore we had to add a great deal of new security measures and start requiring all users to validate their accounts by providing a government issued photo id and W9 form.  This is standard procedure.  In fact companies that employ contract workers must have these files as a requirement of the IRS.  I'm sure most of you realize that revenue must be reported and a company cannot claim deductions for contract employee payouts unless they have a W9 form and identification.  This is why contract workers are required to submit these details and receive a 1099 at the end of the year.

We requested this several times only to receive complaints from the user stating that she was not required to reveal her identity.  *Please keep in mind that this occurred during the time that we were able to directly trace multiple fraudulent transactions directly to her account.

Her account was closed and we worked with local authorities to press charges.  Due to the lack of proper identification the investigation is still open.

However I will formally issue a legal request to ripoffreport to (hopefully) expose the identity of the poster.  I can provide details from the initial investigation if needed.

This will be followed by a lawsuit and potential criminal charges.  This is a very serious matter.

MyPhoneSite.com is a great company and we have a dedicated and talented team.  We have worked extremely hard over the past 2 years to improve our services and offer the best pay per minute platform possible.  It deeply upsets all of us to see such slanderous comments from this person.

Fortunately we have experienced consist growth and on-going development.  We recently added Master Status Management System, New Customer Icon Features, and Customer Feedback and Tip Options.  We are currently developing a pay per minute chat system with cam to cam capability.

We genuinely care about our company and we are grateful for those that use our services.  Please visit our site and see all that we have to offer.  The claims from this poster our completely unjustified.
