Horrible!! My husband then fiance took me here to select a diamond engagement ring. I picked the ring and got the paperwork stating that I could trade this in and they would give us the amount we paid if I trade it in on a higher priced diamond. 9 years later 12/22/16 we go back to trade this ring in for a different setting.They were very nice showing us settings in our price range and then I pulled out my paperwork. Boy did the attitude change! They told us to come back in an hour so they could go to their "vault". Ok, we came back in an hour. They gave us such a hard time with this trade. They said they had nothing in our price range, had no interest in helping us. What a rip off!! I could wipe my butt with this paperwork! Also, I look more carefully at the paperwork and we originally bought an enhanced diamond! We were never told this at the time of purchase! Go somewhere else, these people are scams and crooks! They don't stand by their diamonds!
