Mr Green Lube Technologies Kevin Health CEO The company promised commission to sell their product then did not pay the commissions owed to me. St Petersburg, Florida
Mr. Green Lube Technologies is a company that sells and franchises out the "rights" to sell eco-friendly oil changes using Eco-Power Oil, based out of Texas. They sell warranty programs backed by BG Products for full power train warranty. The monies collected on a monthly basis are to protect them and their consumers if a catastrophe occurs, but will little money, GLT will blame in on BG Products and their services.
Kevin Heath has approached sales reps and investors asking for over 700k for investing in his "theory" that GLT will take off and be the new age way for consumers and fleets to maintain their vehicles. BEWARE of this main! He did not pay my commissions owed to me on sales and to ask investors for over 700k is a lot in this economy. He is banned from conducting Real Estate Appraisals and Business in the state of Florida as is. (((link redacted))) to see the real person he is.
His claim to fame is over 35 years in automotive industry, when he has really been focused on realty for the past ten. I would like to see the documents to back it up. He is a liar, a hypocrite, and a drunk! I would never ask anyone to pursue business with him, ask microgreen filters, he was cut-off from them because he could not pay his $5500 invoice.
This is a ponzi scam and I will let everyone I know about this company and this man! DO NOT give him 700k for a territory! Its a JOKE!

To set the record straight...We do not sell anything backed by anything other than what is offered by the manufacturer...If it is backed by BG Products... then so it is. Our Plans cover all vehicle maintenance (we can't find any one backing this one) and are actually backed by the Servicing Dealer.
My name is Kevin Heath. I was honorably discharged from the US ARMY in 1982, and enrolled in an Automotive Technology Program with my GI Bill benefits in 1983. I Became a New Car Dealer Service Director in 1986 and have been in the Industry since. I am less than 50 years old so it wouldn't make sense to say I've been in the industry for 35 years. That would have made me 14 years old...My claim is nearly 30.
I have never been banned from conducting real estate appraisals...I have never been approved to conduct real estate appraisals, in Florida, or anywhere else! I am, however authorized to do business in the State of Florida...I own a Florida LLC called GreenLube Technologies, LLC, (the subject of this story) registered in the State of Florida...For 3 years during the Florida Real Estate boom I did buy and fix some properties to sell or rent... that's pretty much the extent my real estate career.
Allison Christian has written this report with the intent to cause damage to me and my company. She was paid her regular commission (by her employer Access Fleet who we have record of the payment). What she was trying to do was get additional money above and beyond her regular commission by threatening to do such damage..we refused to pay, so here it is.
(she is currently being investigated for disclosing unauthorized sensitive and privileged information and causing damages of another former client, also a client of GreenLube Technologies)
I think the proper term for this situation is:
EXTORTIONan act of securing money, favours, etc. by intimidation or violence, blackmail
