Frank Kaslik is known as the Newcastle scammer, he has been actively scamming people for a living for many years, the police have been notified many times but his scams are via business channels where he does various cons ie; mrbib.com.au, Blue Skies electronics, Newcastle Property Investments (pretending to be a big shot investment advisor and owning alot of property), he has removed his website but check out his listing; www.zoominfo.com/p/Frank-Kaslik/-2065428732, that scam has gone dry.

his latest scam is selling a business system he is selling called My Recovery Business in a Box Frank website is; www.mrbib.com.au its very sleek but a total fake, everything on it is a major con job, the woman on the video saying hi 'I am Amy' and the other woman giving a testimonial are actresses - cheap actresses from fiverr.com her real name is claire here is her fiverr.com advertisment as an 'actress' link https://www.fiverr.com/silvervirtual/create-a-professional-broadcast-quality-video-testimonial-in-an-australian-accent-of-your-products-or-services context=advanced_search&context_type=rating&context_referrer=search_gigs&pos=2&funnel=830791a0-f13d-4d29-9adb-1cfdfafe2830&autoplay=truethe other lady the testimonial there too her fiverr video says ' i will say anything you want for 5 bucks' tragic dont you think?

THIS IS A HOAX REPORT

Hi, my name is Frank Kaslik and I own M.R.B.I.B. Feel free to contact me on 1300 858850 anytime to discuss what is written here.

The first thing I should mention is that I have never been in contact with Dirty Dog from Perth in ALABAMA??? and my business is NOT in the USA, its here in Newcastle Australia. Dirty Dog, feel free to give me a call, it's toll free and I'd like to know who you really are.

Over the last 5 days there have been around a dozen HOAX complaints similar to this one and I'm guessing that they have been put there by a jealous opposition business. Perhaps she should consider focusing on her own business instead of propagating defamatory statements as she has done here....

Is any of what they are saying true? You be the judge, after all, you need to be certain of exactly what's going on here, right?

So, what's NOT true or what is the real story here?

1. My products are NOT around $9,000. They are EXACTLY $9,950. I don't give discounts.

2. I wish I did have hundreds of clients, but unfortunately I don't. I only started selling the packages middle of last year. But lets say I did have 200 clients. That's around $2m. Thats enough for me to simply hire a lawyer to deal with these sorts of people, but no, instead I'm sitting here doing this myself because what's happened here is simply not right and I don't have $2m to hire a lawyer.

3. If you go to the NSW Department of fair trading, they have information on ALL scams currently listed in the country. Even ASIC has a list. One thing I can confirm is that you will NOT find me or my business listed on it and considering what this guy is saying, I should be at the top of their lists!

And besides, doesn't this really sound like a smear campaign to you? Some companies actually do this sort of thing themselves so that they get listed high on the page by Google. It's called negative marketing and it's a free way to get publicity because let's face it, everone wants to know if they're being scammed right?

4. The police wouldn't know me if I walked into head office and stared them in the face. I find it difficult to understand how a website like ripoffreport.com can allow this sort of malicious reporting without checking the facts first.

Well actually I can. One reason is that if I pay them money, they'll sort of make this thing go away. So whos being scammed here? Me, that's who.

5. A friend of mine owns Newcastle Investment Properties. Check with ASIC and the NSW DFT, they'll confirm it. My friend is in his mid 60s and has been in this type of business all his life. He asked me to help him setup the registration and to design him a website. I am registered as his tech support with the web host.

6. I am a business that has to advertise. I am no different to any other business that advertises. Do you think that all those people you see on television selling things from underwear to food and petrol or whatever actually work for the company or are customers using their real names...Of course they're not, they're actors portraying a typical situation relating to the business. Look at those life insurance ads...they're actors. Same on my site and I say that those videos are portrayals. What they say is what my clients have been telling me so I get paid actors to get their message across.

7. I didn't design it from an Ebook but thanks for the tip. I'll certainly investigate that now because I have been working to develop a system that works over there. That info should speed it up for me.

In my summary, I can't believe that this site located in the United States actually accepts claims like these without actually checking the facts BEFORE they display this sort of stuff.

I'd also like to mention that since all these complaints have been appearing, I've been contacted by numerous companies in India asking if I'd like them removed...at a price of course.

Even this site says if I pay them money, they'll make this fabrication disappear.

Anyway, I have a fair idea who's instigating all of this and she's clearly scared of my success.

You shouldn't be frightened off by this. I'm just a normal business man in Newcastle trying to make a living by sharing a system that works. My phone number is at the top, call me anytime.

Warmest Regards,

Frank
