MRI After Sales MRI After Sales Rip Off Marbella Nationwide
Warning to any purchasers from MRI do not buy Lifetime Aftersales, it is a complete wast of money. We purchased through them in Cape Verde and we also purchased the after sales for 3 years, we have now contacted them to fulfil their obligations and they inform me that they have had a re-organisation and that they will not be doing aftersales in Cape Verde. MRI did not notify ourselves of any changes in their policy and they did not refund any money to ourselves, we have paid 650.00 for 1 e-mail. We have now had to find another representative in Cape Verde who will be able to deal with snagging etc, so we are having to pay twice for the service MRI promised.
MRI are now supposed to be changing their name due to the bad publicity they have received - do not touch extrmely dangerous company
