Mrs. Tenant Evicted for Non Payment of Rent Miami Beach FL
Olena Ilina began renting my property in Miami Beach in February 2017. Initially, she paid first, last and deposit but stop paying rent after the first month.The monthly rent was $1,400 for a completely furnished apartment. I gave her some time to get the money but finally, I had to start the eviction process. She disappeared without paying the money she owes.
